Can’t believe how well this Durango was built. I also give a lot of credit to the RV dealer, we purchased it from for going over it before we purchased it and making sure everything was 100% would recommend Casey and the Durango line to anyone in the market owned a brand new Forest River fifth wheel before RJZ and had nothing but heartache and problems with that unit and after a year and a half had to get rid of it

Fantastic quality, craftsmanship and design. We have no problems with the operation, mechanicals or construction of our KZ Durango. With a two year warranty the manufacturer stands behind their product. Solid plywood flooring, hardwood cabinetry and solid surface counter tops. Residential style appliances and comfortable seating make this an easy choice when it comes to selecting the best.

The KZ Durango 325 is an excellant 5th wheel with more storage room than you could imagine. We towed it for approx 4,000 miles and had no problems. With the 3 slides it opens up to a nice wide temporary home or it could even be permanant. The medium size fridge gave us plenty of room for food and the hole house vaccum system works great. It measures out to 34.5 feet and the dry weight is approx 9400 lbs. With the electric fireplace there is no need to burn extra propane to keep the place warm. When all the slides are in you can still get access to the fridge and bathroom with no problems. On a few of the 1 day stops we had, we did not open the slides and was still very comfortable. The only reason for selling is just about a foot to long to get totally into our pole barn for winter storage. Our lose would be your gain and a chance to see this great USA in comfort.

This review is actually for a 2021 KZ Durango Gold G381REF which was not an option I could select from on the form above.
I really liked the floorplan. This RV is very similiar to the Grand Design Solitude 375RES but the 381REF has an additional fireplace in the bedroom, an adjustable bed, double shades, and a dishwasher.
I have an issue with the Quality and problems of finding a dealer that will do warranty work. The dealer we bought this from is 1,000 miles away from our home and we have experienced a number of issues: (1) Finding a local dealer that will work on it without waiting months to get in (2) basic quality issues that should have been caught during quality control. When we finally got into a repair facility they did an overall inspection and found that the floor in the kitchen's slide out needed to be replaced. We left the trailer with them in December and could not pick it up until March. After getting it home we tried moving the slideouts to open it up and the Bedroom slideout didn't go out. The service tech said upon inspection that the slide out was not centered properly and when he looked at one of the motors he saw rust on it. I just took in to them (May 3) and I am hoping that our trailer will be ready for it's maiden voyage on June 6. I am beginning to have doubts about the quality of the workmanship and have asked the dealer to inspect the remaining slide outs and I am waiting to find out the results on that and when I can expect to pick it up.
I can say that the initial warranty work was good. They replaced the landing gear due to a hydraulic leak and replaced the floor in the kitchen but that's not something I would expect to need on a brand new trailer.
