Our 2020 Entegra Accolade came with problems, most significantly a separation of the cab molding from the frame around the upper bed window to the point pink insulation could be pulled out, leaks, etc. Our Class C went in for service Jan. 8th . . . it is now Feb. 6th and we were just told it will be til the end of February! Between the dealership service dept. (La Mesa RV) and Entregra,we have been repeatedly lied to, nothing was ordered to repair our RV until the 26th of January . . . This isn't our first rodeo with a new Jayco Super C, (who owns Entegra,) having previously purchased a new Jayco Seneca, but I can guarantee you it will be our last. We're getting nowhere with this good cop/bad cop routine between the two, playing the blame game with each other to the point of idiocy. Buyers, you have been warned!

Pretty much when you buy one now days you are in your own. Entegra will not even know you once you pull off the lot. Good luck in getting them to fix their sloppy workmanship and with all the excuses they tell you would not make me want to deal with them again.
Dealer ships are the same except they can only do what the manufacturer lets them do.
And if you have to go out of state to buy one good luck on finding someone to do any warranties work for you in your home state.
Jon Hains , supervisor at Jayco does not ever follow thru and will not take care of manufacturing problems once you take possession.
If you have to pickup your RV just make sure you can repair the poor workmanship your self cause as fast as these are selling the manufacturer does not have any customer service.
This is my 5th RV from new class A to the 2021 class C, and this is the worst I have been treated by the manufacturer.
Hope this helps someone from the same problems that I have had

We studied this RV after reading the ads for it on Social-media. We watched YouTube videos from National RV and really loved what we saw. We searched high and low and finally found one in Alvarado, Texas, at a dealership called Motor Home Specialist. They told us, "We have the coach you are looking for." We bought it cash and had to hire a company the dealer recommended to drive it to NJ. It cost $2,600.00 dollars. We paid $14,000.00 extra to have what the dealer called, "Complete Protection Plan" which included "Ecopro Anti-Bacterial Protection". The coach arrived as follows:
1. No Starter Kit
2. No sewer and water hose
3. No bedspread and pillows (as per sticker)
4. Chip in leather couch
5. Floor scratched in front of couch from slide
6. Leveling system code lights will not go off indicating fault.
7. Wall trim coming off near dinette
8. Antenna missing of the top of the coach
9. Lever on passenger seat for back of seat is broken
10.No truck owners manual
11.The RV was filthy inside and took my wife 9 hours to clean-up metal shavings on the deck in bedroom, black ash all over the bed, filthy deck, etc.
When we took pictures and called the dealer they said, "We sell 2 million dollar coaches that have problems too!" They could care less and left me stranded. They were supposed to do a virtual instruction how to operate the coach and never returned my calls or emails. The salesman is nowhere to be found and passed the buck to a CS VP, who passed the buck to someone else, who passed the buck to a service advisor tho told me to contact Ford myself for an Owners Manual, and other than that hasn't helped me at all.
We contacted Jayco and they are trying to arrange to have the coach looked at by an independent dealer 2 hours away from us.
This has been a $115,000.00 MAJOR mistake and I am sorry I ever bought this coach. BTW, I've never driven it 1 foot yet and want to sell it now.

I wanted to love my Jayco Swift Li, but unfortunately, it's not met my expectations. The Li model with the 48-volt lithium battery and inverter cannot sustain or operate onboard systems as intended. The system loses connection whenever I unplug from shore power and drive, meaning I must do a soft reset every time I return to the campground. It's inconvenient and problematic, especially since I use the van as my primary vehicle while on trips. In addition, the Renogy system, while innovative, is not user-friendly. The rooftop solar won't bring in enough power to register a charge, let alone charge anything inside the RV. I can only get enough solar when I attach a portable solar panel to the external solar port. I've tested the system in full sun in Arches National Park and Phoenix, AZ, from multiple angles to no avail. Troubleshooting takes hours with the Renogy techs, and if and when the system works correctly, it resets, forcing me to do a hard reset of the entire solar and battery system. The Renogy battery is so complicated that even the RV techs where I purchased my RV have trouble operating the system (even while on the phone with tech support). I believe the Rengogy system is a good product, but it's just not ready to be placed on a consumer product.
Since the van has no propane or generator, everything operates off electricity. The air conditioner isn't strong enough to cool the van's interior, even while on shore power and in temperatures under 80 degrees. Likewise, the 30-amp electrical isn't strong enough to handle the Timberline heater. On more than one occasion, my Power Watchdog trips my electrical connection from 30-amp shore power. This happens when my AC is on a high setting or when I have the heat on and anything else inside the van (like the max fan). I never operate the induction stove, AC, or anything requiring more power when the AC or heat is on. I understand how RV electrical systems work, and I don't have these issues with my Airstream trailer (also powered by lithium and solar).
Aside from the major electrical issue, the van is poorly insulated, and the sliding windows fall off, rendering them useless. I've had my windows repaired, and several fell off again within a day of bringing my RV home from the shop.
I've had other warranty issues with the van, but some are common problems found in most RVs and are not worth mentioning because it's the nature of the RV industry. I have owned eight RVs, and I've never believed that a product wasn't consumer-ready as I believe this RV to be. I love the Dodge Promaster Chassis, and I am happy with the interior finishes, the floorplan, and some of the extras on the van. If the electrical system worked even part of the time, I'd not worry, but that's not the case. I hope Jayco and Entegra work to find a better lithium system because these campervans would be so popular if the system worked as intended.
