Will never buy another pioneer camper again bought a brand new 2022 and have had nothing but problems there’s a leak on top of the camper running down inside all over my floor the battery ground screw come undone wasn’t the right screw, the cover to the back of the refrigerator blew off never been touched and we had to pay over $600 for camping world to clean the camper and they hardly touched it can’t get any money back can’t hardly get them to send us the piece for the back of the refrigerator for free and then the waterlines underneath the sink or loose dripped antifreeze all over! trim around the door frame was loose and had to be stapled down again the list goes on! Take heed don’t buy from camping world and don’t buy pioneer by heartland

I have owned my heartland pioneer for almost 2 years. Seems as if I have to take it to the shop every time I use it. Warped wall boards, leaking drains, problems with taillights, refrigerator went out, bad slide seal, and I could go on and on. I will never buy another rv associated with this brand ever again. I spend as much on repairs as I purchased the rv for. I am not happy with it at all.

We've owned the Heartland Pioneer RD210 for over 2 years. On the first trip we noticed issues. The panel under the sink came apart, the vinyl covering the walls started to peel and the trim under the fridge was swelling. Since that time We've had all kinds of issues. We couldn't get the battery to charge (they never tightened the nuts on the connection from the battery), We've had a pipe collapse because they mounted the pump to close to a joint and it crimped. Then we had several leaks just because they never tightened up the connectors. We had a Jayco for over 20 years and didn't have a quarter of the problems We've had with this Heartland.
