We have had a wonderful experience with our Grand Design Reflection. Love the floor plan with the kitchen island and the huge king-sized bed. The only negative we found was the mattress. We upgraded the mattrs ess to one we found more comfortable. We also like the size of the fresh water, gray water and black water storage. We had 2 Airstreams before we purchased the Reflection but did not care for the floor plans or the heating system, although the overall quality on the Airstreams was good.. We are delighted with the quality of the Reflection and the manufacturer provides great service. We spoke with the service manager of the RV shop where we purchased the Grand Design and he tells us that Grand Design is one of the better manufacturers when it comes to service and standing by their warranties. We used our 2020 Reflection367BHS 5th Wheel for one Winter season, ‘Snow birding’ in Arizona. What Warranty issues that did arise, were taken care of by Grand Design, in a timely manner. It’s predecessor was a Grand Design Imagine 2950. We like the quality of the RV’s Grand Design manufacturers. With life changes, we’ve put our Reflection 357BHS on the market, with plans of purchasing a Momentum Toy Hauler. We’re sticking with Grand Design! Show less

We have lived full time in our 2017 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS 5th wheel since it was bought new. We were staying in an RV Park in Del-ray Beach Fl, and got to see other types of 5th wheels and Class A motor homes, and the amount of repairs that were being performed were unreal. We had one problem with a window and Grand Design didn't hesitate when it came to getting someone out to fix it, while all the other repairs for other units were taking weeks on weeks to be taken care of,if they were taken care of. I would recommend The Grand Design Reflection 337RLS whole heartily to anyone. Jerry Show less

We purchased our 5th wheel new, 2 years ago. The manufacturer and design are great. We camp one (1) to two (2) times a month and enjoy it every time. Our Reflection is very comfortable and roomy, whether you are making food around the island, watching T.V.,using the bathroom, or sleeping in the bedroom. What a great floor plan. We have plenty of storage in the pass thru and storage in the tanks. We enjoy are Reflection so much we are considering upgrading to a Solitude for extra length. Our friends and family camp as well, they all have a different manufacturer. Grand Design stands at the top. From the look, appliances, accessories, comfort-ability, and design. Do your research but take it from a happy couple that would highly recommend the Grand Design Reflection 337RLS. Happy Camping! Show less

Everyone. My husband and I WERE huge Grand Design fans. That is until our May 2020 purchase of a 2021 Grand Design!! We previously own a 2017 Grand Design reflection 3315RLST which was TOP quality!!! We bought the 3315RLST to have more room for full time volunteering for a Corps of Engineers campground on a local lake. 3 yrs later we gave up th position and begin camping again but the unit was so big it was hard to get sites. Based on our experience with Grand Design we knew our next unit would be Grand Design.. Here we are a year after that VERY BAD purchase with problems that continue.. After almost 6 months of unit at dealership Show less

I would highly recommend Grand Design and specifically the Reflection 337RLS. We absolutely love the layout and the space. Quality is much better than many other brands as we have found out the hard way. We have not had one single issue with ours. We have friends/neighbors who also own Grand Design 5th wheels and when an issue came up they were handled immediately. Show less

Bought a 2017 Reflection 303rls while we were in Michigan. We’ve had a few issues, but Grand Design guy, Brad, was wonderful. When I tell people how we were treated by Grand Design they stand with their mouths open. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him and the company. I just couldn’t buy another brand after my experience. We love our 303rls. Show less

When we decided to look at new trailers last year we we set to purchase a third unit from the same manufacturer when we were introduced to the Grand Design Reflection line. At that time we had not heard of this manufacturer. Although we really liked the unit and the quality we saw I was skeptical and wanted to do some research before making the final decision. I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews and speaking with the Grand Design owners that we would see in parks while traveling. The end result was that we would switch brands and purchase our first Grand Design Reflection 315RLTS. After a few trips I noticed a structural issues and was put in touch with the Grand Design Warranty Department. This was their opportunity to show me what they claimed on their website about how they dealt with issues. What I experienced certainly substantiated their commitment to customer service. The warranty department staff were truly exceptional at taking care of everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this manufacturer and as a matter of fact friends have already purchased their own new unit after speaking to us. I am certain that when we are ready another new trailer it will be a Grand Design product. Show less
