This is a rock solid RV. We have traveled 4000 miles this year with this coach and have encountered only minor warrenty problems. The problems that we have had were addressed by Grand Design quickly and fairly. I will highly recommend Grand Design RV. Show less

We have owned our Grand Design Solitude for five years and recently sold it. But, our Grand Design trailer was been a wonderful experience. It was extremely comfortable and free of any problems. So, if your looking for at home comfort on wheels, with an elegant interior design, you should look at Grand Design trailers prior to making your final selection. Although we recently sold our trailer, if we ever decide to purchase another trailer, we would look at Grand Design again. Show less

Worse camper ever owned. Quality terrible. Grand design would not stand behind warranty. Tires terrible. Had blow out just about caused major wreck. Had problems with axle. Grand design kept saying leeper axles the problem. Had problems with generator. Never have identified what problem is. One thing that is dependable. The payment every month. Show less

Everyone. My husband and I WERE huge Grand Design fans. That is until our May 2020 purchase of a 2021 Grand Design!! We previously own a 2017 Grand Design reflection 3315RLST which was TOP quality!!! We bought the 3315RLST to have more room for full time volunteering for a Corps of Engineers campground on a local lake. 3 yrs later we gave up th position and begin camping again but the unit was so big it was hard to get sites. Based on our experience with Grand Design we knew our next unit would be Grand Design.. Here we are a year after that VERY BAD purchase with problems that continue.. Our Grand Design Solitude 375RES is an awesome fifth wheel. We have had zero problems with the unit.5000 miles so far.Tows extremely well with our Ram dually. Quality interior woodwork and flooring. We have had three Grand Design units and all were wonderful Rvs. Show less

THIS IS MY 4TH GRAND DESIGN IMAGINE XLS. SECOND 18RBE. PREVIOUS TRAILERS WERE 2150RB, 18RBE, 17MKE, PRESENT 18RBE. NO RV IS PERFECT. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE WITH AIRSTREAMS THAT HAD ISSUES! PRIOR OWNERSHIP OF THE GRAND DESIGN TRAILER HAS PRESENTED MINOR ISSUES SUCH AS: WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT, CIRCUIT BOARD ON WATER HEATER, PROPANE REGULATOR. NOTHING THAT SHUT ME DOWN THAT I COULD NOT REPAIR OR GO TO PLAN B. LITTLE WATER LEAK AT KITCHEN WINDOW, EASY FIX. IN THE MARINES WE LEARN TO ADAPT, IMPROVISE, AND OVERCOME! I HAVE SOLD MY PREVIOUS UNITS TO MY WORKERS AND THEY STILL HAVE THEM! THE TWO BEST PRODUCTS OF GRAND DESIGN ARE THE XLS SERIES AND THE REFLECTION SERIES. BIG TRAILERS=BIG PROBLEMS! Bought this in 2022 to replace a 2008 Keystone Passport 255BH. From day one there were many problems! 1st trip I couldn't get the door open, the rear storage door would close, panels popped loose from the walls, water heater didn't work, trailer brakes didn't work. From here the problems kept getting worse. I contacted Grand Design but they did NOTHING. My dealer fixed what they could but the problem lies in the walls, meaning the walls shift while being towed and causes tons of issue. The dealer contacted Grand Design and they said the door keeps sticking closed because it was hot and in the sun causing the door to swell. It's now 2023 and my list of problems has grown to 3 pages worth and guess what?! Grand Design won't stick behind their product.. Show less

This is my first RV and overall I'm very happy with it. There were a few problems early on with it such as the generator would run, but it wouldn't power the coach. The dealer gave me the runaround, but Grand Design fixed all the problems in one day and put me up in a hotel for the night. Grand Design will definitely be at the top of my list when it is time to replace this one. Show less

I will never buy another Travel Trailer from Grand Design again. I bought a 2018 GRAND DESIGN IMAGINE 2250RK about 1.5 years ago. Had so many problems right from the dealership. Sewer vents were to short and venting sewage gas into the travel trailer, raw sewage spilling all over the floor, electrical breakers kept popping, electrical outlet had no backing, roof has already started coming apart, outside LED's are peeling off, cabinet stain is coming off, nail holes in cabinets, chipped - hook up panel, the list goes on.
