ā€œLemonā€, I had several problems with my 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S within four months of ownership. The rv dealership I had made my purchase sold to another company. It was and still is extremely difficult to get Forest River Customer Service’s help to get anything repaired and or replaced. The reason behind all of the numerous problems I have with my Rockwood mini lite I was told is because of the Covid and the dealership didn’t do their duty of inspections neither because of the Covid. No one wants to admit the truth for the shoddy workmanship of installation, and using cheap low quality materials that continually fall apart. I have screws back out, the metal that was used is all rusting. I have malfunctioning electrical connections and outlets. I have a malfunctioning power awning, gaping and sagging slide out, faulty water system, and the list goes on and on. My 2022 Rockwood mini lite is a safety and health hazard and I can’t use it in this condition neither sell it in this conditions . I was told the repairs for the labor and replacement of many parts is going to cost in the thousands of dollars. Please spread the word and don’t make my mistake by purchasing a rv by Forest River-Rockwood.

We picked this up new last year, Loving it with some problems. Initially, it was missing parts so we had the dealer install a missing screen and one rivet holding the top frame together, it also has a broken latch that holds the top down. So far, we have 2 trips and less than 1000 miles on it. Today i did an inspection and found many, many screws loose, some were ready to fall out, both latches that hold the top down were loose! This RV is falling apart after 1 year with little use... If you like to work on your RV or enjoy dealer visits then buy a Forest River Rockwood A122.

I have owned three Travel Trailers in my life time. The first was a 2000 Fleetwood Wilderness. Had the camper for 11 years with no major issues. The second was a 2011 Rockwood, 2604, again no major issues. My recent purchase is a 2018 Heritage Glen 272. Since I had this unit nothing but problems. Metal strips on the slides came loose, which were fastened with small screws. Refrigerator door was not sealed properly. Thermostat was broken. Window shade spring was broken. Hitch light was not working. One of the tracks in a window was bent, and to top it off, when I put water in the outside sink the water poured out of the bottom of the camper. Thank god for warranties. So far the dealer has been great with fixing these problems. Not very happy with Forest River right now.

Hello fellow Rvers, WE Absolutely Love the design and layout of our 2020 Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro G19QB!!! But the Refrigerator over heated within the first 2 days of camping. Putting a burn mark behind the access panel. We where afraid it would catch on fire. The kitchen sink leaked. The seal must be messed up. The awning squeaked really loud and wrinkled as We brought it in. Tha manufacturer is going to take care of these issues. While waiting on parts, We are camping without using the sink or the frig. NOW there is a leak around the front window!!! OMG...WE JUST BOUGHT THE CAMPER BRAND NEW. have not camped a week total!!! Thought We'd by a new camper and avoid people's used camper problems!!! New camper and can not camp the first week without putting it in for service. I'm Very Upset!!! What The Blank is gonna happen Next??? SadšŸ˜”šŸ˜©šŸ˜ŖSandy

Our family has thoroughly enjoy camping in the Forest River HW pop up trailer because it is easy to tow, easy to set up and has all the conveniences like the larger and more expensive trailers. The full kitchen with the oven is great along with the outside Bar-B-Q that runs from the 2 LP bottles on the trailer. The hot water shower and toilet is the best feature on those nights when we don't feel like using the campsite bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the electric heater in the mattress is a nice touch on those cold nights. On our first camping trip using our Rockwood HW we went to Arrowhead Lake in the fall and ended up in a rain and wind storm with 50 mph gust of wind and it weathered the storm amazingly! No leaks, no breaks and no problems! We never worried after that about any concerns with the weather coming through it is so well made and tight that the built in furnace keep the trailer warm and the tent kept it dry! We've loved it because it tows easy. Set's up fast. And provided conveniences to give our family many great camping adventures.
