We've owned several RVs including tongue pull, motor home and 5th wheel models. This 2017 422amp had so many problems from when we first started using it brand new. Forest River DOES NOT stand behind them. We purchased the extended year warranty which we found out was a waste of money. We had factory defects that never were taken care of. This is the 2nd Forest River 5th wheel that we've owned. We had numerous problems with the first one that were not taken care of also. When we purchased this one, the Forest River Rep was there and actually showed us the camper along with the owner of the RV dealership. When we found out it was a Forest River product, we both said no, show us something else. The rep asked why and we told him about all the problems with the 1st one. He and the RV Dealer owner assured us things have changed with Forest River and guaranteed any problems would be handled to our satisfaction. Not only were they not handled to our satisfaction, THEY WERE NOT HANDLED AT ALL! Terrible warranty support! Show less

So many problems with this RV I can't list them all after 48 years of rving and owning this Forest River I'm ready to pack it in sale everything and start will telling it wherever I go. Never had so many problems with an RV before I've owned about 12 in my lifetime. Forest River sells garbage I will pass the word on, it's what's going to be written on the back of mine before the week is out. Don't by Forest River do yourself a favor Show less

Would not recommend this trailer nor any Forest River trailers as there has been nothing but continuous problems with this trailer and no help from Forest River to rectify all the problems very poor workmanship inside this trailer and Forest River personnel could care less about helping buyer to rectify all the problems with the first problem starting two week's after purchase followed by continuous phone calls to them and especially trying to deal with the vice president of manufacturing and they don't return calls to them nor follow thru with there promises they make to buyer. Bottom line they have there money and can careless about standing by what they manufacture. Very disappointed for purchasing this trailer and would not recommend to any one to purchase any trailer manufactured by Forest River. Show less

We purchased our unit new in 2011. Have had issues with it, sure, but our dealer and forest river made sure we were happy and fixed all problems, large & small. Our experience with forest river has been very good and we would only buy a forest river product. They always went above and beyond for us. The sandpiper factory in goshen, indiana has always been there for us. The FROG is the best!!!!! Show less

Dynamax REV 2016 very very poor quality, manufacture failed to seal unit causing water to leak in from side walls, rotting out the flooring. Forest River doesnt back there products, skipped steps in the manufacturing line, problems that the consumer can't see causing costly repairs. DONT BUY FROM FOREST RIVER / DYNAMAX Show less

DO NOT BUY FOREST RIVER! Wow have had this trailer for 3 years now every year this is something new wrong with it! Had a coleman before this and had 0 problems with the coleman. I thought I would be getting an up grade with forest river but Nope! Show less

We really like best Riverstone legacy but big problems came up the whole coach started delaminating. For $150,000 you think Forest River would cover this but that's a no. You have no choice but to get rid of the coach and hand that problem off to somebody else. I will never buy a Forest River product again Show less

Would not recommend Forest River to my worst enemy.i have had nothing but problems with this trailer since purchase in 2015; This is not my first review, however last June one of the windows in the slider literally exploded into a million pieces . When we returned from our holidays took it to be replaced along with a few other problems. Forest River discontinued that design and the windows are not available. Apparently the windows have to be custom made at a cost of $2000. 00. It is now The middle of February and still no windows. So after market sales Forest River just takes the money and run. I have spent so much in the last 9 years I cannot do anything with this trailer Show less

Sorry to say we purchased a brand new R-Pod 190 from Forest River and never had the chance to really use it. Took it camping for 2 weekends and it went up in flames. Turns out that there were some electrical problems Some wires were installed incorrectly. Forrest River did not stand behind their product. Wish I had read all of the reviews on the forest river Good thing for us we were not camping when it went up in flames Show less

I purchased my forest river from dealer in Lakewood New Jersey I immediately had problems with plumbing electric and a few other things. Camping world of Lakewood New Jersey was useless in the leaving any of these problems so I contacted Forest River Wirh some success initially . They sent out the parts to repair the broken awning arm and city water connection . Within the first 5000 Miles I had to replace all of the water connections which were cheap plastic and had cracked . I further had to replace the control panel for the Big Foot leveling systen with no help from Forest River after numerous calls . The USB ports inside rig are substandard and only some work . The tile on the kitchen wall is falling off . This rig had many options that appeared impressive but it’s construction was of low value with cheap parts used . Show less
