The floor plan and size is perfect. But the MANY issues the first 2 years from mistakes made in the factory are ridiculous, too many to list, from the wrong plumbing connections causing leaks, to the slides not being adjusted correctly causing damage. When trying to get this resolved with forest river, you'd have better luck at the dmv. You get what you pay for though. Tip for forest river, quality control on each unit coming out!

This camper is very poor quality. Interior was slapped together, lots of metal filings, burs and scrap metal throughout camper from assembly. We have owned this camper since new in 2018. Trim pieces constantly fall off, water leaks from plumbing everywhere. Electrical issues since new. I’m constantly fixing this camper. Cheap Chinese tires dry rotted after 3 years. Forest River should be put in prison as they are thieves.

Only issues were a a leaking hydraulic leveler and a dented porch light. A few cosmetic interior issues. We have been able to use the trailer. We are waiting to have the leveler replaced , and replaced the porch ourselves. There was a bolt missing from another leveler. That will be fixed as well . Appt is in February. Other than that, no leaks if any kind, everything works. All plumbing works no leaks. I’m happy with this trailer. We had a TT prior to this, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER Forest River Sunset Trail 32 ft . Had many issues with the fridge. Had to have motherboard replace twice. Couldn’t get satellite hookup to work. Had to hook directly from outside. So saying all this, EVERY RV MANUFACTURER is going to have some kind of issues, wether it be minor or major. Have had no problems with warranty.

Purchased a brand new 2022 2507S . Love the trailer, but hate the poor manufacturing / quality processes that went into this. Front "auto style" window leaked terribly - I fixed it myself. The manufacturer forgot to install the water filter resulting in a disastrous plumbing issue. Not sure if there is enough text space to identify all the issues "I HAD TO REPLACE AND FIX MYSELF!!!" The warranty is "NON-EXISTENT". Stay away from Forest River at all cost!! I guess we got a "LEMON" as the company generally has received positive reviews apparently. All this for a "BRAND NEW TRAILER!!!" Shameful. The upside is I've made the trailer better than the manufacture and have gotten to know the trailer inside and out, but I'm very disappointed.

I have never experienced worse customer service from a company and quality of a build in my life. Keep in mind I almost never write reviews so I hope this saves people some heartache. My GF and I bought this camper brand new in August of 2022. We took it on 1 trip for the month of August and had so many issues with it that, as soon as we got home, we had to take it in to the shop immediately.
The slide out was defective and ripped up the whole floor because they did not install any rollers on the bed frame and the bed frame was held together by little staples! I am not going to list every small problem but this is just the start....
The shower catch PVC was not connected to the rest of the plumbing so when we would take showers water leaked everywhere into the wood. We had no idea for 2 weeks until water started bubbling up above the floor. Pieces of the trailer were flying off while we drove, sinks weren't working properly. The list goes on... but then it gets worse when I try to talk to Taylor at the service department for Forest River Wildwood.
Imagine buying a brand new camper for 30+ thousand dollars, and when you call to express your frustration and figure out why they haven't approved your warranty work yet, the service rep hangs up on you? Something is going to have to change or I can promise that I will never buy a forest river product again in my life.

We purchased this unit new in 2017 as it was the previous year model which gave us a discount. Overall we have been pleased with the purchase. We have had some issues that had to be repaired beginning with the awning. The motor burned out but it was a quick fix. We also sent it in before the 1yr warranty to repair the lip of the counter that started to peel away. Forest River replaced the entire counter which was nice although it took about 3 1/2 weeks to get it in. We had 1 wire to the bedroom lights that had a short in it and my electrical engineering son fixed that relatively easily. The layout is perfect for taking all the toys we have with us. We travel with Kayaks, bikes, hiking gear and ATVs. They all fit in the camper with no problems. Our AC went out this summer (3 years old) and we replaced it ourselves with relative ease. We were told by a local rv repairshop that the model year of our AC was known to have issues and he was surprised it lasted 3 yrs. our new one has great consumer reports so hopefully we don't have that issue again. No issues with plumbing or appliances so far. We did have to replace our tires as the unit came with the cheapest ones available and we had 2 blow outs. All are replaced and no issues since. Happy Camping!

Purchased this trailer brand new. Picked it up from the dealer in the spring of 2021. Used it for the summer with no issues, then the temperature dropped. At the first sign of cooler weather, I was horrified and disgusted to find mice in the one bedroom closet and under the bathroom sink! The mice were making nests out of toilet paper and storing their corn in a box that was under the counter. My husband went underneath and we were absolutely shocked to find gaping holes around where the plumbing came into the trailer. There was also absolutely no sealing around where the electrical came into the closet. One of my shirts was chewed to shreds. He also found a huge gap that spanned the back end of the camper. There was obviously NO quality control. This was by far the poorest workmanship I have ever seen! We paid a lot of money for this trailer and as far as I am concerned we got a piece of junk! It is obvious they have no concern or care for putting out a product with any level of quality! I would DEFINITELY not recommend Forest River products!

We bought Our Prime Time Avenger in Nov.2014, our first outing we were three showers in and discovered the shower drain had never been connected to the plumbing. All of our shower water ran into the belly insulation of the trailer. We also found that the heat vent in the bedroom had never been connected and the furnace was blowing into the belly of the trailer. Over the next year we went back and forth with our dealer and Prime Time on two issues,
1; when it rained and the awning was closed we had water coming in under our kitchen counter. After 5 trips to the dealer and finally being told it was from the water heater, and the dealer resealing it, I found that the gasket around the window over the kitchen sink was install upside down! The expansion gap was at the top. I filled the gap with a flexible sealant and I haven't had a leak since. But my cabinets have water damage. Both of our exterior doors had to have the windows resealed.
2 The door to our shower was cut 1/2 inch out of square. We had to lift up on it to close the door but moving around in the shower made it pop open. After a month and a half, Prime Time told our dealer's service manager to "deal with it". I told them to let Prime Time know I was done dealing with it and would turn all my paperwork over to a lawyer and they could "Deal with it." Two weeks later we had a COMPLETE new shower enclosure.
We no longer get excited about using this camper, we just wait for something else to go wrong. Our last Forest River trailer was a great camper and we would still have it if it had not been totaled in a storm. but we will never own anything made buy Prime time again and will think hard about Forest River.

Me and my wife purchased a brand new 2021 model from Camping World (a screw up story for another time). Since we’ve had it I have had nothing but issues with plumbing. I use water pressure regulators etc. I have had to replace all the squeeze clamps on the water lines with screw clamps. Since I purchased after 6 months I noticed I had water dripping on the ground what appeared to be my pull handle seals. After already having put it in the shop for outdoor shower pipes and the lack of professionalism with the dealer I decided I would do the work myself. I did and it appeared to of held up a little bit with a much much slower drip. I thought that maybe the seal didn’t line up correctly. After making it back down south (1yr later) I decided I had the time and tools to fully replace the seals properly and not have to have a bucket underneath it catch. I did that and the leak appeared to not get any better. Took it to the dealership for repairs and the tech accused me of having been in an accident and it missed aligned the pipes. I’ve never been in an accident with it and how could they just become misaligned. Seems to me that this is just a faulty RV with the constant issues with pipes. So much has happened and we’ve decided that we will never own another Forest River product ever again. We will also never purchase from Camping World nor ever use their service department again either.

I will never ever buy another forest river product people do your job an research before you buy these low quality made Rvs, I bought my RV brand new in Texas first year I had it not to bad second year all heck broke loose, awning came apart screws were only a half inch long with that heavy of an awning.then my front AC went out, drawers in camper came apart Trac broke on many of the drawers, three windows leaked had them resealed.kitchen floor seam incoming apart, plumbing issues, the worst of all a slide out leak started after warranty went out I didn't notice the leak untill it started ruining the floor in master bedroom, the whole floor needs replacing carpet also facia board is warped, finally figured out what caused the leak after putting expensive awnings up over each slide out that kept some water out it was the rubber seal it was three inches short allowing water to travel in the rest of the slides have at least three inches over there not leaking this was done during the building of the RV they cut corners and didn't care this has cost me a mint to fix thanks crappy forest river, I even went to camper dealerships around Florida and looked under slide outs you can clearly see water marks meaning water leaks inside so folks allways inspect your campers before you buy if you see water lines walk away first sing there is an issue yeah the dealership sillicones those areas seen that crappy fix that don't stop the water from coming in water can get in from the smallest hole I have to completely replace all the seats the material came apart already replaced all the blinds strings broke microwave enamel came off so that's next to be replaced, and all the bulb seal , tires the china bombs are next outdoor kitchen pipes came apart underneath for some reason that needs fixing as well so after this is all said and done I've put more money in the camper I'll never get it back in fact I'm going to donate this piece of crap to someone I feel bad trying to sell something this crappy I'll never ever waste my hard earned money on this product again.
