Do NOT buy from Entegra or General RV Jacksonville. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchase. Entegra customer service manager is useless as is General RV. I get no response unless I kick and scream. Appointments are non existent. We leave the coach for one problem and it comes back with new problems. The GM at General RV gives us canned speeches on how great the coach is and that problems are expected. Poor product. Poor management. Poor customer service. Brand new coach and it’s never left Florida due to the amount of time in the shop. Really poor.

Spectacular coach! This is our third and hands down best! Small problems here n there as you’d get with ANY coach. Entegra service and our dealer Nirvs made sure every one was dealt with to our complete satisfaction. Our coach is now two years old and we love it more today than day one. It is a rolling luxury 4 season home, keeps you toasty warm in winter and wonderfully cool summer. Check it out for yourself talk to any entegra owner or even better head over to irv2 owners forums and read you’ll see...

We took delivery of our 2021 Entegra Odyssey 26M from in Albuquerque, N. M. In April and drove it to our home east of Seattle. After driving the r v for 4,500 miles and camping for 3-4 weeks we have had numerous problems with the coach (15 items). I scheduled a service appointment with a local Entegra dealership and the day of the service appointment their service department called and informed me that they would no longer service a r v that wasn’t bought through their dealership. Apparently Entegra doesn’t provide service through a nation wide system of dealers! We’re fortunate that none of the problems with our RV make it unusable.

I have owned my Entegra Odyssey 24B for about 3 months and have made about 6 trips in it so far. I would warn anyone considering buying an Entegra Coach RV: The quality is atrocious! It is actually an embarrassment to US manufacturing that products so poorly constructed are sold. The main exterior door has never closed properly since I purchased the RV. After adjusting, either the deadbolt can latch or the door latch will work, but never both. I have had problems with the slide not working intermittently and often the refrigerator cuts out when operating on propane. This is a big problem if not noticed immediately. The shower drain PVC pipe broke the first time the shower was utilized and the shower door latches have broken after about four uses. The cab seats are technically able to swivel but trying to do so takes so much effort that they essentially do not rotate. The Ford chasis with the 7.3 liter V8 has decent power for towing but is void of nearly any technology from the past 30 years. I know that RV overall quality is poor and has become worse over the last 3 years but the Entegra Coach RV quality is extremely poor. I haven't attempted to use the warranty service yet as I figured I would wait and try to get some additional use before the season ends.

This RV Entegra Coach ARC has a good layout for the most part but has some serious issues with the navigation system (tomtom it resets and it freezes at times). The RV has good heating, a shower, a toilet and reservoirs. The back and front don't come with stairs so we slipped many times being an older couple. The bed design is poor though and is prone to breaking. The van has troubles going up and down hills. Our brakes heated up and had to stop at one point. And, the transmission seems to have problems on steep inclines. Definitely not built for back roads. Its ok for city urban driving. Gas consumption is ok. Seats comfortable. Its confusing what can be powered on and what can not from battery vs generator. How much amperage the inverter can handle. Hookup is easy. Emptying grey water is easy as well.

We have had some problems with components of our coach. One of the inverters went bad right away, a wire connection failed, the wine guard satellite dish folding system motor went out, and the aqua hot controller failed. Entegra took care of everything. They paid for technicians to come to me so I didnt have to bring it to a service center. Their customer support and warranty is the best. We did have a problem with the front awning coming away from the top of the coach. Seems they missed the aluminum roof crossmember with the hold down bolt at the factory. They sent a technician out for this also, but we ended up having to take it to la mesa RV. They had to put a new awning and extra bracket on top as the old awning was twisted. Very good service. The coach is put together really well. The cabinetry, furniture and fixtures are very good. It is very quiet and easy to drive. It is very stable in high crosswinds. I was worried I needed a bigger motor, but after driving this for 15,000 miles and running with people that have the big motor, I can say that this is enough motor. They can leave me in the mountains, but not by much. I generally get a little better fuel mileage than they do, but when your driving one of these that isnt a big factor. We are taking it to the factory this September for the end of two year inspection, where they will fix whatever else needs to be fixed under warranty. We are very happy with our Anthem.

I hope this post will help others avoid the disasters I have been through. I will try to keep it short, but I could write a book about my experiences with this MH. First I want to say by profession I have been a Corporate Jet Technician for over 40 years meaning I need to be able to troubleshoot and repair all the systems on sophisticated Jets. I purchased a brand new 2023 Entegra Reatta XL 39BH in June from General RV Center in Ashland VA. This dealership only cared about receiving their money for nothing in return. The person who was suppose to show me around the MH knew nothing about the coach! I asked him very simple questions and he did not know any of the answers. This caused problems for me since the MH does not come with a manual. That's right Spartan ships you the manual weeks after you receive the MH and Entegra did not have any 2023 manuals and still don't till this very day! I was emailed a 2022 manual days later after complaining to Entegra. How can you not provide a manual with a product? There are differences between a 2022 & 2023 models. Getting back to General RV Center. I asked if the Diamond coating was applied to the MH because to me it did not feel as if it was. The person I asked looked through the paperwork and came back and said it was not applied. I told her that I paid for it. An hour later I was told that it was indeed applied, hmm. The finance manager came to me to let me know that he could not honor my locked in interest rate because of the rising rates. I asked him what part of locked in do you not understand. More to that story if someone wants to know. I rented a car one way to Ashland. I needed to return the car about 10 minutes away and asked the dealership if someone could pick me up from the rental car facility and they said no they did not have anyone that could do that!! In 2019 I purchased a 2017 Newmar Ventana from Midway RV center in Grand Rapids. What a difference, the person who showed me around that MH knew everything about it and they were always there if needed. So, through all that i am still excited and drove my new MH home the next morning. On the way home I discovered that the generator will only run for about 10 min and quit. When I got home I discovered that it was shutting down due to overheating. After trouble shooting it on my own (no help from General RV and Cummins has not returned a call from me or Entegra till this day!) I found that the cooling system was air locked, so that was an easy fix. Then after getting the generator to run I discovered that none of the AC units would come on line. After trouble shooting with Entegra and changing a control panel I discovered that it was wired wrong from the factory! This really pissed me off because they didn't check this on a check list before leaving the factory??? Please note that if I wasn't able to do this myself the local service centers were 4-6 weeks out before they would look at it. So, I said to myself I better get under this MH and give it a good looking over. I was shocked in what I found. Loose wires hanging down, wire bundles being held up by single wires, missing insulation, trim pieces falling off, loose latches and more! If this was an aircraft it would have been grounded! I know I was a fool for not doing this before taking it home, but I thought Entegra was a reputable company. Speaking of which, in my opinion the all around quality and finish of Newmar was hands down far superior to Entegra. I drove my Newmar for one year and 10,000 and had only one minor problem. Also, in my opinion you are better off buying a used MH that has the bugs rung out, and once out of warranty you can have anyone work on it! A few days later we left on our first trip planning to go from SC to PA and then on to Lake George NY. On the morning leaving PA upon getting on the highway the transmission started to act abnormal. I pulled off the highway and pulled into a gas station. I shut it down hoping to reset the MH and when I tried to start it again it would not start because the MH thought that the transmission was in drive. So, after speaking with Spartan and trying various things it was determined that it had to be towed to a service center. The tow was arranged through Coach-Net. So, after two days and four different towing companies (I am not kidding) my new MH was towed to a service center who said that they would get on it that afternoon or by the latest the next morning. It was towed to a Freightliner dealer because there was no Spartan dealers near by. So, there it sat for 4 days while my wife, grandkids, and my dogs stayed in a hotel before anyone ever looked at. I don't know why this service center said that they would look at it immediately and then did not. After 5 days it was determined to tow my new MH from Lancaster PA to Harrisburg. In my mind the problem had to be the transmission brain box or the controller at the drivers seat. I begged Spartan to send me the parts and I would swap them out but t

We studied this RV after reading the ads for it on Social-media. We watched YouTube videos from National RV and really loved what we saw. We searched high and low and finally found one in Alvarado, Texas, at a dealership called Motor Home Specialist. They told us, "We have the coach you are looking for." We bought it cash and had to hire a company the dealer recommended to drive it to NJ. It cost $2,600.00 dollars. We paid $14,000.00 extra to have what the dealer called, "Complete Protection Plan" which included "Ecopro Anti-Bacterial Protection". The coach arrived as follows: 1. No Starter Kit 2. No sewer and water hose 3. No bedspread and pillows (as per sticker) 4. Chip in leather couch 5. Floor scratched in front of couch from slide 6. Leveling system code lights will not go off indicating fault. 7. Wall trim coming off near dinette 8. Antenna missing of the top of the coach 9. Lever on passenger seat for back of seat is broken 10.No truck owners manual 11.The RV was filthy inside and took my wife 9 hours to clean-up metal shavings on the deck in bedroom, black ash all over the bed, filthy deck, etc. When we took pictures and called the dealer they said, "We sell 2 million dollar coaches that have problems too!" They could care less and left me stranded. They were supposed to do a virtual instruction how to operate the coach and never returned my calls or emails. The salesman is nowhere to be found and passed the buck to a CS VP, who passed the buck to someone else, who passed the buck to a service advisor tho told me to contact Ford myself for an Owners Manual, and other than that hasn't helped me at all. We contacted Jayco and they are trying to arrange to have the coach looked at by an independent dealer 2 hours away from us. This has been a $115,000.00 MAJOR mistake and I am sorry I ever bought this coach. BTW, I've never driven it 1 foot yet and want to sell it now. 2020 Entegra Esteem 29V
