We bought a 2021 Entegra Accolade 37K at the FMCA convention in Perry,GA in March 2021. On our first trip the door to the coach kept coming open while driving down the highway. This kept happening to the point that we had to strap the door closed. The door was also hard to open and we had to enter and exit the coach through the drivers door. We took the coach to National Indoor RV Center in Dallas, TX on July 6, 2021 and as of this writing the coach has not been repaired. According to the Service Advisor Entegra is blaming the door manufacture and the door manufacture said they did not install the door wrong. It seems that the opening was cut too big for the door. Other issues we have had is the hot water heater not working. A new circuit board had to be installed. Drawers under the cooktop keep opening while driving down the highway. Loose screws were left under the slide out by manufacture which cut into the flooring when the slide out was extended or retracted. When the slide out in the living room is retracted the bathrooms and bedroom are not accessible. Overall quality is not what we expected from Entegra. Show less

We purchased our Accolade new in July of 2024. We loved the floor plan and the two year warranty. We spent our winter months in Florida and Hilton Head, about 100 days overall. Our coach is designed beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. That being said, we had several issues that occurred, as most people tell you to expect with a new coach. Our first issue happened when my wife, who is not a big woman, was reclining on the sofa. We heard a pop and the footrest wouldn’t retract. After I got underneath I found a piece of metal had broken in two. I was able to force the footrest closed and we just didn’t use it the rest of the trip. The next issue occurred one morning when we noticed a hairline crack in the front bathroom window, on the side of the Coach. We noted the issues , obvious warranty claims, and made an appointment to have them repaired at home. Imagine our surprise when Entegra denied both claims, saying we had damaged the sofa, and they to know how the window cracked. The explanation is simple - side windows in parked areas that are not chipped occur from poor installation. They didn’t accept that. Two things opened our eyes. The cost to replace the sofa I $6,400 without freight and installation. The second is the customer has nothing to say in the warranty process. They only deal with the dealer. I have no one at Entegra to be my advocate. The dealer pretty much eluded to the cost of the sofa being an issue. My point here is the famous two year warranty is not worth considering when you buy. We bought our Entegra Accolade 37RB in November 2020 after several months delay due to COVID. Our 8hr drive home from the dealer was uneventful, but then we embarked on a 14 day 4300 mile cross country roadtrip to see family, and that was when we started to notice some issues. The primary one was that at highway speed, the entrance door was visibly flapping open at the top right hand corner, and you could see the sky thru it. Also, the interior handle to open the door was almost impossible, and took alot of strength and perseverence to unlock and open. Sadly we did buy the coach virtually, as there were no dealers within 8hrs of us that carried them, and a big regret is that when driving, the noise in the cab is SO LOUD, that my wife and I have to practically scream at each, and forget it if the wind is blowing too. Forget the radio also. A certified dealer has now had the coach since Dec.18th, and Jayco is giving them a really hard time with the door repair by saying that "that is how is was designed", so we are unsure if this is going to have a positive end at this point. Has anyone else had or heard of this issue too? Aside from that, we do love the interior and exterior of the RV. The King bed is very comfortable. Show less
