Wow. I have been looking at travel trailers for 5 years and I thought that the best looking travel trailer for me would be the East to West 27 KNS. But after reading about so many people that have had bad experiences with the East to West company warranty. Especially the guy who started having problems with his travel trailer after only driving 20 miles. Well now I am going to look at a different brand. Show less

So this 2024 east to west della Terra has been horrible it was look like a team of elementary school kids put it together and we didn't have a lot of time to check it out we figured the RV center done a thorough check of it before they sold it to us never again I will go through with a fine-tooth comb before everybody a camper again but the east to west deleterra has been in the shop for almost as long as we've had it and still have problems The warranty's out now Show less

We have traveled to Alaska,up the East Coast, through the national parks, in the west, through the south. We have had no problems. Just normal maintenance you should do to maintain a travel trailer. I would not hesitate to buy another. Sometimes it not the trailer, it is the owner who does not take care of the unit. Show less

We purchased our East to West trailer brand new in Canada, and like others, have had nothing but problems since owning it. It seems quality control is not done whatsoever at East to West. There were gouges in the linoleum floor under the slide out due to carpet staples that were shot through the plywood, on both sides of the slide out. The awning leaked directly above the rear door. The kitchen table is so wobbly and unstable it is virtually unusable. Trim pieces all around the trailer are popping off, faster than we can nail them back in. The electric stabilizer jacks stopped working on our second trip. Drawer slides that were not even screwed on. Door hinges missing screws. Plastic spacers on exterior doors also missing screws. The anode is missing from our hot water tank. The screen doesn't snap in to the largest window because the frame is bent. I'm not even mad anymore, I'm just amazed a product like this could be "made in America" and sold to suckers like me who believe that these companies care about their customers and products. Our dealership, Fraserway RV in the Yukon is doing what they can but they too are struggling to keep up with the repairs and to recoup the money from East to West. Show less

I bought the lexington 235 as the third owner. We used to go see places and traveled east and west. Longest we were out was 5 months. It worked well for us. We weren't in the unit a lot. We slept in and ate some. After two years we bought a tow behind car to get around when parked. Found you almost have to out east. It drove fine really no complaints. I have driven in large cities with no problems. We had no real problems that we needed to go to Forest River about. It was out of warrenty by the time we bought it. Had the usual little issues one has when using a rv. No major break downs. Enjoyed the unit as a whole. Show less

We received a followup from Grace Newman, Owner Relations Manager of EAST TO WEST manufacturing wrt to the grey water tanks from the shower and the bathroom sink draining into the black water tank which means that the black water tank needs to be emptied daily instead of weekly with any other trailer. Hence you can't camp in a provincial park or honey bee service park without sewer hook up unless you want to not use your bathroom at all. The bathroom was the sell of this trailer to us and no one at the dealership or nowhere in the write up of this trailer did it state that the grey water, except for the kitchen sink, drains into the black waste tank. The P traps also don't work well enough to stop the sewage smell from the black tank from coming up in the bathroom. Here is Grace's response: " Grace Newman 5:41 AM (6 hours ago) to me Good morning, While we understand it is inconvenient to have to empty out the black tank more frequently, this is not a manufacturing defect as it is per design. Again, if you would like to have the plumbing changed, you may, however it will not be covered by us." I DON'T RECOMMEND EAST TO WEST TRAILERS FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY ONE. THIS IS MY FIFTH TRAILER AND I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A BOUGHT IT NOW ITS YOUR PROBLEM MANUFACTURER NOR WITH SUCH DISREGARD AFTER PAYING OVER $36000 FOR THIS TRAILER. IT IS CRAP, LITERALLY BECAUSE THE BLACK WATER TANK IS ALL THIS TRAILER HAS AND IT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH BLACK AND GREY WATER. YOU HAVE TO USE THE TRAILER AT A FULL SITE SERVICE ONLY THAT ENABLES YOU TO DUMP IT DAILY OR TWICE DAILY. POOR/SHODDY MANUFACTURING, POOR DESIGN, POOR QUALITY, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY EAST TO WEST PUTS THEIR SHODDY DESIGN PROBLEMS ONTO THE CUSTOMER SO EAST TO WEST IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Show less

This Dolphin is large enough for Two adults and 2 small dogs to travel in for extended periods of time. We traveled to the east coast and the west coast with no problems. It fits in a single parking place in a Walmart parking lot. It is compact but we were comfortable in it. It is well taken care of. Routine maintenance is up to date. We are selling it because we updated to a larger rig. Show less

we just bought a brand new east to west alta 2600krb good floor plan nice camper first time bying brand new but I don't understand why my flooring is pulling up already we bought this camper this year pantry door binding trim falling down outside fridge door rubber fetching up led strip lights falling down outside awning clips fell out so ok I just don't understand why has anyone else had these problems I had all of it fixed but the flooring is just happening Show less

I just purchased this RV brand new. Audi have come across two electrical issues. One was for the back up camera that was supposedly propped, but was not there was no power. And the second one was the Tele Vader power wire fell out because it was only held in by a piece of electrical tape. Not much of a response from east to west other than it’s in the description that you’ll have problems the first year. Not sure I would buy this fifth wheel again and I am pretty sure I cannot recommend this company to anyone else. Had a entry-level Coleman that I had no problems with Show less

bought the camper in August 2019. Took it out once and found major major problems. Took it in to be fixed and they had it for about 2 months. Been sitting all winter. Getting ready to camp now and the trailer has a major water leak. Dining room table is wet, carpet on that side is drowned and a river on the linoleum. Trying to get it fixed and no one will call us back. Neither gander mountain or east to west will call us back and they never answer when we do get through. Do not buy anything from them. Know we never will. What a waste of $40,000 Show less
