Constant problems with the 12 volt system. Tv antenna doesn’t work, radio signal goes out if any other 12 volt component is running. After a little more than one year, the floor in the main slideout is falling out. This is a seasonal unit and has traveled only the distance from the dealer to the campground. Dutchmen has offered absolutely no help. I will never spend $30,000 on a Keystone/Dutchmen product again. I would never recommend this product to anyone!

Our family bought our Coleman trailer from Manteca Trailers in California. Avoid those guys. Within a month the floor started to peel up and we took it to Camping World in Vacaville - they are worth doing business with certainly. Yes - Dutchmen took forever to approve the fix and the trailer was with Camping World for 4 months, but it was done and done correctly. Since that only repair I have been very happy with it. No problems with any of the electronics, appliances, or anything else. Everything works just like it should. Maybe I should knock on wood given these reviews. We have been out in the unit perhaps 20 times and it's all good.

This is a low-profile fifth wheel, meaning that the bedroom is very tight. This has been my only real complaint, but it is very livable for the weekend warrior. For a mid-range unit, quality is good. I've had almost no problems with it. Dealer fixed a couple small problems very early on and I paid for a shop to diagnose and fix one small leak on the slide that appeared during a nasty storm with heavy rain and wind. Something I could have done myself had I known what I know now. Towing could be better, but part of it is my truck, so it's hard to say for sure. It is heavy for all that it's a low profile, single-slide rig, with a GVW of just under 11,300 lbs, with a respectable 4,000 lbs CCC. It has a non-Lippert Zieman frame, which is a real plus. I have no idea of the quality of the current Dutchmen Komfort brand, but this one has been nearly trouble-free.

I bought the rv used from a dealer in Florida. My first mistake. The first time I tried it out was the day after the purchase. I started having problems with the Schwintech slide on the livingroom. After several attempts to get the problem resolved I had a tire blow and this caused enough damage to the slide to warrant further investigation. The repair shop I took the unit to discovered the roof on the slide had been leaking since it was manufactured which rotted the entire outside wall and floor. When the repair shop tried to repair it was descovered the slide had no framing supporting the outside window..just 2 sheets of 1/4 in plywood laminated to the styrofoam. In 20 years of repairing rv's this is the worst contruction the rv repair shop has run into. The total cost so far is over 15k and I finally have the unit back. Dutchmen should have a class action suit against them for this. I am just wondering if there is any legal action that can be taken.

We purchased this 5th wheel brand new. We have owned many many different brands of trailers, but we always go with quality, which is what I thought we were buying. Sadly this was not the case. Within 6 months the roof started leaking. After that it started with little things, trim falling off, drawer latches breaking, anything plastic on the outside started to break. Now in the last three years the big stuff starts to show up, windows all started to leak, found sections of the roof had rotted from water. The last item is the floor in the bedroom slide is rotten from water penetration. So far it has cost me over $5k in repairs and probably another $2k to fix the floor.
For the record, I always inspect the trailer for potential problems, spring and fall, plus It’s washed and waxed every year.
I will NEVER buy or recommend buying a Dutchmen product. EVER!

Dutchmen Atlas 3132ML travel trailer. Purchased in November 2018. A near perfect floorplan for us. Large island, two refrigerators, three slides, lots of storage space, awesome kitchen, spacious bathroom. But the problems were numerous. Loose/stripped screws inside and outside of the coach. Furnace quit working after only six weeks. Problematic touchpad thermostat, awning main shaft came bent, tank pull courtesy light not working, slide trim interior screw interfered with the operation (chain drive) of the slide and caused substantial damage to the facia, major leaking with complete re-seal of the entire roof necessary, two skirt braces missing entirely, and much more. All is currently being warrantied and in the care of the dealer for two months as of this writing and not yet returned. Despite all the bad we do really love this trailer. So far Keystone is working with us and the dealer. Replacement parts acquisition is disturbingly long. We would like to mention we feel this is a very comfortable travel trailer and we are very much anticipating the return of the trailer to us.

We purchased this trailer new in the spring of 2014. We liked the layout, decor and separate bath entrance. We had significant problems right off the bat and had a really difficult time dealing with Dutchmen/Keystone. The family-owned dealer was not easy to work with either.
First, I drove the unit home and I noticed the slide out was crooked. Dealer said it was just a crooked exterior trim piece. I was skeptical so I did some investigating on my own (I had no knowledge/experience with campers) and found that the slide was resting on the frame of the opening on one side, not on the track it was supposed to slide on. The slide was mounted in the wrong place at the factory. It was troubling that I had to explain that to the dealer.
The dining table had a wavy look to it (water damage?). The radio didn't work, kitchen drawers didn't slide right, dinette cushions were/still are very uncomfortable, and a few other little things. The most troubling issue was discovered when washing the camper one day. I put my hand on the wet aluminum siding and could feel low voltage electricity running through it! This issue was never resolved and continues to occur.
Overall, I cannot recommend this unit due to the subpar workmanship and the safety issue of the electricity.

We purchased a new Dutchmen Voltage fifth wheel trailer the end of 2013, and we have had nothing but major problems with it since. The first time we were able to actually use the trailer was 2014, because it was in the shop for an extensive period of time right after we took possession of it. We have a folder that is so full of repair receipts that we had to buy a huge notebook to put them in. We have paid almost $8000 out of pocket which should have been covered under warranty. It has spent more time in the repair shop than on trips with us. We get no response from the dealership or the manufacturer anymore, they will not return our phone calls nor our emails. We even snail mailed letters to the CEO. We now have a very fatal problem called delamination. It will be the death of our nearly new camper as it progresses. Once again, we sent an email to the manufacturer with no response. We just do not know what to do. We have wasted so much time trying to get these problems fixed, but now I am going to spend more time trying to complain any and everywhere I can. Bad reviews, reports to the Virginia BBB, contacting The Attorney Generals Office where we bought the RV, you name it. We bought this lemon at Camping World in Roanoke, Virginia. They couldn't be more useless and unconcerned. This has been a nightmare and one of the worst decisions of our lives. Now we owe almost $50,000 on a camper that is impossible to sell and will be impossible to take anywhere as it falls apart. We should be enjoying our lives at this point (we are almost retirement age), but instead we have to constantly worry about what is going to happen next with this fifth wheel. This new problem is going to cost us around $8000, which we do not have. Even then we were told that it may not even fix the problem.

I am going to start off with the positive report on our new 2021 Coleman 300 TQ toy hauler, we absolutely loved the floor plans and the new colour options, fireplace, beaver tail in the storage for ease of loading our toys, area, power stabilizers, etc. We should have looked at other manufactures but trusted what our dealer was selling us, we ordered the trailer spring of 2020, when the trailer arrived in July 2020, several items where not correct as to what was ordered.
1. The benches that came in the toy hauler part had no “skirts” and were the wrong benches. Not the ones we ordered. (replaced free of charge)
2. Happy jack queen bed was installed, that we did order, cost to me was an extra $1800.00 for it, or we would have had to wait approx. three months to have another trailer ordered.
3. After picking up the trailer we headed down the road and it was noticed that siding on drivers’ side of the trailer was ballooning out between the front corner and the bedroom window. Outdoor shower lid was flapping in the wind, so was the electrical cover, we had to find a store to purchase duct tape to keep them shut.
At that time the dealership was closed, we couldn’t return.
Over the next few days we noticed the following:
4. Inside panel on drivers’ side was not attached to wall. Received Warranty
5. The dining room tables leg holders {mounts} were in the wrong spot,
6. The wood trim on slide is bowed out.
7. We could get our local radio station 20km away from our home, found that the antenna wire was coiled in behind the stereo not hooked to the antenna.
8. The exhaust fan above stove does not work. Still waiting on warranty.
9. The freezer frosts over on the top of the door, the top of the inside and the back, no matter how low you turn the control. still waiting on warranty
10. Outdoor shower door was warped and would not stay closed in lock position, it was replaced but when we used it there was No cold water at the outdoor shower, found flex line in behind kinked. We fixed
11. The power tongue jack broke three days after we got the trailer home. Received warranty.
12. Bathroom sink lines leaked. We fixed
13. Could not understand why there was no heat from the duct going to the toy storage, found 6ft of extra flex pipe coiled up under the bathroom sink vanity, I cut six ft out and no problems with air flow.
14. The biggest problem we are having is all the caulking on the roof is separating form the roof membrane, and cracking at every seam, picture have been sent to the dealer, and speaking the dealer today they stated that Dutchmen will not cover the caulking, this trailer is only 4months old, would I buy another Dutchman product? well I think you know the answer.
There was no proper install with this trailer and the craftsman ship is aweful.
This is unacceptable for any company to be sending out trailers in this condition. We sent an email to Dutchman and they asked for a list of problems. We sent and their reply was take it to a dealer and submit for warrenty!
Dutchman does not seem to worried about any of it and take forever to get back or to send parts to Action Trailers.
