I would NOT recommend this RV. Bought new and has had problems from the start. Bought extended warranty which is not honored. Contacted Crossroads office and informed that it was beyond the 1 year warranty and nothing they could do to resovle issues. The ollowing is the list of issues: 1. hot water heater and pipes broken and leaking all over. 2, sliding door in bedroom trip broke off and door off the raiels, 3, trim work below bedroom closet not nailed into anything! 4, broken microwave - needed replacement 5 leaking window needed replacement 6. kitchen island counter warped from water leakage 7 3 -slideouts all with ripped undercovering which needs to be replaced 8. water leaking somewhere in sealed underbelly None of the listed items are covered under warranty. This purchase has been a complete disacter and crossroads unwilling to support a poorly made product. STAY AWAY! Show less
