I bought my camper off of Princess Craft RV. First my midi heki skylight dome broke made by dometic. I found out dometic quit making them so I have to purchase a new complete midi heki instead of just a dome. Now I had a Atwood Jack go out and I found out they are no longer made so instead of bearings I have to purchase a new jack. Princess Craft RV wold me a extended warranty that won’t cover the Jack only the parts that I can’t get and since the repair person has to make two trips to take the Jack off and another trip to put the Jack on than its 3 times the cost of my deductible. Lance should have to cover these jacks and Princess Craft should pay the labor. Mastertech extended warranty needs to go out of business.

Once the grand kids grew up I use the back bedroom as an office/craft room but still have room for guests. It has the outdoor kitchen so you don't always have to dirty the inside kitchen. We removed the big dinette to make more room for comfortable seating. Dinette can easily be put back on.

We have really enjoyed our star Craft Launch Ultra Lite 28BHS. Quality, floor plan, pulls behind our Ford Expedition excellent. Was actually pleasantly surprised with how well it stays insulated in the winter time as well as Cooling in the summertime. It has the Four Season package which is an insulated floor, Bruce, and all double payne windows. Absolutely love the LED lighting and is very bright. Storage is comfortable and surprisingly more than expected. The wheels and tires look great and have a load range C capacity then, which is great. Overall very pleased.

Lived in our 2014 Itasca for three wonderful years of full-timing. Loved the floor plan. Husband had room in bays to take everything he owned! Including his craft saws. Galley slide was an issue at first. Winnebago worked with us until it was right. No issues after they replaced the Lippert component. We traveled across the US coast to coast, border to border several times problem free. The 3 ac's kept us cool in the desert. The heat pump/furnace/fireplace kept us warm in all degrees of cold. The L-shaped living room configuration gives a feeling of separation between living room and kitchen. The shower is bigger than any I've seen in any other unit. Many potential full-timers ask about living in such a small space. With the Itasca, we both seemed to have our own space...and then there was the outside entertainment area!

We loved the 175BH, at first. However after first trip out we had several poor workmanship issues that serviced. Peeling wall paper, window not latching, roof vent not opening all the way. Took that in and got all of the above repaired. Next trip...back for repair of bunk bed that was made with defective particle board that was cracking. It would not of held any weight if someone had slept on it. There were multiple screw holes under in the storage pass thru but no screws were in the drilled holes. Again it was fixed by the dealership. Each trip that we went on demonstrated another workmanship error. Bad wiring, refrigerator went out 3 times before it was finally replaced. Today on the way home from a camping trip the back wheel just broke off and flew across the freeway. Thank God no one was hit and we were able to steer the truck and trailer to safety with the one side dragging on the axel...very scary. Be aware of this poorly made craft. It is if it was the practice model for all the other models that followed. DO NOT BUY IT.

Bought our camper new love the floor plan but have had issues first trip tires rubbed tin fenders, window blinds strings pulling out of the wall and strings also broke on another one, from factory had a hole in vinyl floor and they have to tear down hole unit to replace flooring door frame for bathroom door binds up the door. Now see a bolt trying to push up through floor had to have led light strip on awning replaced as 1/4 or the strip went out of also right after I got the camper we could smell propane called dealer they couldn't get to it to fix it for two weeks and had plans to go camping for a week I sprayed down system found bunch of leaks at regulators and both tank hoses had to be replaced as crimps were leaking, factory did not clean unit up very well found aluminum shavings all over the place actually scratched up the floor wen sliding in and out slide out , after last time washing camper found front nose cone has cracks on lower corner and one of my biggest complaints is the AC system sucks if u trave for few hrs on hot day and turn on ac it will take like 6 hrs to cool down, also recommend to StarCraft there should have Ben a roof top vent above the bed in front of the camper to help let the heat out which if ac worked good it wouldn't be needed, very disappointed customer. The main bed sucks could have a normal bed instead of the recycled thing that is in there. Handle on shower door are floppy and fell off at one point they re installed handle but is still floppy I will not buy another star craft camper or Jaco ever again and as soon as I have it payed down I will trade it off for something else.after floor issue I asked to be traded out of this unit for another one dealer would not do it.
