My camper is a 2021 Dutchman Coleman Rubicon 1628BH. Too many problems to list. I have never purchased anything in my life that is such poor quality. There is no pride in the manufacturing at whatever location this RV was built. If I could get all my money back that I've spent on this turd, I would still be at a loss for all the time and irritation I've spent trying to "make the best of it". I have so much regret. Don't be like me. Spend you hard earned money on something that is worth it. Don't buy a Coleman/Dutchman RV, ever.

We purchased a Thor Coleman Ford Motor Coach RV 22FT from Gander RV St Augustine, FL March 2022. We have had RV in shop more than out for several problems inside and out. Quality of service support very poor. RV not even a full six months old and now have a seam leak that I was told not covered after 90 days but RV had been brought in after taking on trip in with same leak and was told that they had fixed it. Now they are denying warranty through Thor or Good Sam. This is one of my worst purchases ever. I would not recommend a Thor Coleman to anyone looking a class C or another RV made by Thor. 98,000 dollars down the drain and now I have to fix myself to include wood damage due to water leak on top bunk area. Don't even bother calling Thor for assistance. Pictures available upon request.

And the second one was the Tele Vader power wire fell out because it was only held in by a piece of electrical tape. Not much of a response from east to west other than it’s in the description that you’ll have problems the first year. Not sure I would buy this fifth wheel again and I am pretty sure I cannot recommend this company to anyone else. Had a entry-level Coleman that I had no problems with

Total mistake buying the 2018 Coleman Lantern, we had problems from day one. The slide had a leak that the manufacturer refused to warranty. The water heater failed within two weeks. The tires were old when I bought the camper, had a blow out the day I traded it in. I had to hire an RV tech to come and seal the missed spots on the roof thirteen months after I bought it when the ceiling began leaking. After two years it developed soft spots on the floor.

We purchased this RV in March. We like the RV but it has very little insulation. Has 2 Dometic 15000 btu air conditioners, both had to be replaced. Most crown molding is not coming apart. Have a wall in bedroom that is also coming apart. Have a wall that is very hot 🥵 and is the reason we had to ad a Coleman ac to keep temperature below 86 in RV. Also the thermostat in kitchen on back wall making the temperature to read wrong. And the ac never turns off. Three leveling devices are leaking. The satellite cable is not connected through to the outside television. Xtra bathroom has W/D and commode hooked into a gray tank. Had to add drainage to a black tank. Flushers to gray tank werent hooked up correctly. There is more so be forewarned before you buy Keystone Alpine. So far there are 3 in the park with many problems.

My husband and I purchased our Lantern Coleman brand New in April 2018. We started having problems with the roof leaking in June 2018, just 2 month after we purchased it. The roof was leaking and pulling back but, we was told it was only gassing. We have been trying to get this resolved for almost a year!!! We took a vacation last month in June of 2019 and the roof became a balloon while we was driving down the highway. The roof (rubber) pulled all the way back to the antenna. I absolutely love the style of our RV, with that being said I wish that Keystone would stand behind their warranty and the product they a manufacturing. Note: Keystone fix was to glue the rubber roof back down after it being stretched and leaking. The dealership does not even recommend doing that. “I would not glue this down you need a new roof this is a manufacture defect”. Again this is what we was told by the dealership. I feel like we just been taken advantage of! I bought a lemon... If you are looking for a RV I would recommend you buy a roof you can walk on or hard cover. Please, please read the manufactory warranty the fine print. Unfortunately what you buy is what you get!

When I walked into my Sprinter FWDEN I loved it! We bought it in March 2016. We didn\'t need the A/C until June but we had 30 AMP hookup and could not run the bedroom A/C at the same time as the Living Room A/C. It did not cool very well at all. We decided we would take it to have it looked at. The dealership we took it to had to fix the tape in the duct work and some other things and thought that it was fixed. We took it out that weekend to try it out. It was not any better, we took it back-they thought it needed a new unit. They called Coleman, they said they would send a new ceiling assembly to fix it. It definitely helped the air circulation as it just goes through the duct work now instead of the assembly vents. Our dealership told us there are several problems with the setup of this unit. (They do not sell this particular unit at their dealership) They told us for starters that there are only two vents in the living room and one in the kitchen but it\'s closer to the living room area. This camper has high ceilings and the skylight in the kitchen area puts out a lot of heat (It could burn you when the sun is on the island) We purchased some foam insulated pillows to put in the skylight to keep the heat out. They told us that if we were camping when it\'s really hot we will need at least 50 AMP to run both A/C units and then several fans will need to be running to keep the air moving because of the lack of vents. The slideout ceilings in the living room were tested with a gauge and it was running 100 degrees with the living room a/c running. There are not many electrical outlets in this camper to run all of these fans! The location of the thermostat is too high on the wall in the hallway to the bedroom. Not all the storage areas outside have lights and the only light on the outside is the awning light and light under the step. When I first got my camper home the trim in the kitchen above the stove was already falling down. I had to nail it up as it would not stay up with glue. Now after getting it home the trim in front of the closet in the bedroom is loose and I will probably have to fix it also. I am going to talk to Keystone about possibly putting in another vent in the Kitchen to help cool it and see if they will pay for it as it is a design flaw in this unit. The positives about this camper are the auto leveling, the remote for the slideouts and awning, sleeping capacity, & residential fridge. Hope this helps in your decision making when buying an RV!
