Our previous class-b was a fantastic Great West Van and the Galleria 24FL floorplan was the closest to the GWV. We ordered our new van at a rv show and was told it would be 6-8 weeks. After an 8 month wait, it was delivered from the factory with numerous problems, including a burned out awning controller and missing bed cushion. After refusing delivery for a month, nothing was repaired, so we took delivery and had to fix all the problems ourselves. Nine months later, the Galleria was totaled due to an electrical fire in the 12-volt wiring cabinet while sitting in storage. Coachmen made promises to get us back on the road quickly but failed to fulfill any of their promises or compensate us on our losses. Show less
