We like all RV just had so many issues with it. Poorly built, won't last very long but we like the floor plan. The worst part was the Camping World in North Charleston South Carolina. They are absolutely the worst people to deal with capital RV for 7 months. Will never buy another camper from Camping World. If I would have looked at the reviews I would have saw that there are many bad reviews on Camping World. They don't return calls, they don't do what they say they're going to do. During sales they told me they would give me two 100 watt solar panels installed on the roof. After the sale they said they would only do one. And give me a suitcase solar panel. So watch them very carefully or rather don't do business with them at all. Don't know if any of the other RV dealerships or any better. But I definitely won't buy anything from Camping World again

Cold/ warm air comes in around rear slide out. Rain water leaks in around rear slide out. Wanders when highway driving . Gets about 8mpg . TV antenna blew off . Sales people were superior. Service non existent. Took to Buddy Gregg RV and they fixed most that I could not do. Stain still there. Be prepared to address issues if you buy a Thor.

Our brand new 2019 Forest River Flagstaff Classic super lite continues to dwell some where in never never land. Since the purchase from Camping World Vacaville in mid October It remains in their possession due to continued break downs and waiting repairs... repairs on a brand new RV. 1. Water pump...since resolved..we hope... we don’t know yet. 2. Heater. On going... 3. Other issues...since resolved. Broken chair. It’s been a month since the last drop off..... and we have heard nothing from Camping World. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would keep us up to date as to the status of a new coach you purchased from them. So far ... they speak with forked tongue...actually there dumb. So we emailed the Factory Customer Service on Sunday Jan. 5, 2020 expecting some type of reply from them...nothing.... Today ....we called the Manager at Camping World Vacaville only to get his voice mail and as of 4:30 pm Tuesday 1-7-2020.... not a word from either party.... This is fair warning concerning this coach Mfg. and dealer..... Stay away.....we have been on Yelp....and the reviews are terrible. Do not purchase an RV from Camping World.... Sales is quick to sell.... Finance Dept. is quick to finance you. Service is terrible....read my previous testimony’s.... Save yourself a lot of aggregation .... do more research on which Mfg and dealer..... Sadly...we didn’t....and we are being burned big time.... Not A Happy Camper....

Bought brand new 7/19, problems within 2 weeks, hasn't stopped since. 2nd time Haier fridge is out, in Feb was out for a month, not looking any better this time. Great floor plan, inferior manufacturer quality and workmanship, and quality control. At all times prior to purchase, over a 3 week period, sales manager and 3 sales people all knew I was a senior with intended fulltime living and no truck to move RV, they repeatedly assured me I could have mobile repair under the warranty, which was not true, manufacturer and Camping World require their inferior products and defects be repaired at a Forest River dealer and moving my RV at my costly expense, and not at all nice about it at all. Jennifer at Camping World is outright rude for repairs and lied to my face, telling me a $400.00 package they told me I needed and then purchased cash, of which I didn't need any of it and was trying to return it, said the package had 2 propane tanks, not true, the propane tanks are included in the purchase of the RV and says on Forest River website; I made 4 trips to Camping World over this issue, told to return specific dates and times to speak with GM, of which never came out to speak with me, then they gave me a $50.00 gift card for the $400.00 return, I demanded full reimbursement, no gift card since I had paid cash, finally it took almost 4 weeks to receive a reimbursement check in the mail. Since then, all I have heard from other RV'ers is complaints and total dissatisfaction with Camping World and the manufacturer, nothing positive from many.

Bought a new Thor rv from Paul Sherry before they sold out to camping world. Worst experience ever. Salesman got a bad attitude when I told them about warranty repairs needed done. Was lied to about the warranty and got stuck with factory some defects to have to fix out of my pocket.Detected approx. 40 defects, many from factory. I would never buy a Thor or from Paul Sherry again! Check every little thing out even if it takes all day and make sure they fix them before signing sales agreement with any seller.

We purchased this slightly used in 2017 from Camping World. The buying experience was OK. Our sales person was not knowledgeable about RV's and how they operate but I was so we were able to get through. The deal was great from my perspective. We had a class "A" with numerous problems including a leak that could not be found that was causing damage. We owed a considerable amount of money on it. We got the trade paid off and still got the almost new RV for market price. We are very happy with the 22B. It has had one or two problems with the chassis and coach but nothing serious. Beware of the relays in the Chevy chassis. The don't do well sitting a lot and will fail. We have had two go bad already causing starting problems. It was an easy inexpensive fix but since the problem was intermittent it was hard to diagnose. I still prefer the Chevy Chassis over the Ford. I've had both and the Chevy has many advantages over the Ford. It is very easy to drive and park do to it's size yet the floor plan makes it a prefect size for me and my wife. It has ample storage and we were able to take everything we need with us. The quality of the build was better than what I expected. Overall we love our little motorhome and it has fit our needs perfectly. While many people have problems with Camping World our experience was ok. Their service ability is not what it should be. Warranty work takes forever and the quality of the work is questionable. We ended up taking ours to a private RV repair facility and were more that satisfied with the quality of service we received. If you're looking for a small motorhome and the ability to travel without a toad this RV makes it easy.

Purchased new 2022 in July, 2021. Planning to live in it full time with three dogs for 6-12 months, maybe longer. Drove off the lot... drives nicely enough. It's boxier and gets 'kicked around' more than my old rig on the highway; passing semi's make the rig 'jerk' as they pass by, but not too badly. There's an amazing amount of room in the coach; I believe they added several inches to last year's design. Regardless, quite roomy, headroom too. Been so busy I haven't even tried the television; it's quite large and on a swivel bar in the over-cab area. Been so hot I haven't cooked either except a hot dog in the microwave. 110 degree weather in AZ; cab a/c great; coach a/c working well but probably only cooled to about 85 (as is expected in a RV a/c unit.) Coach can easily sleep five adults - and children you could certainly pack them in. Bds are comfortable. Within 24 hours I had a dash diagnostic "check fuel fill inlet." Gas cap didn't lock down. Ford dealer was no help; said the 21 E-350 didn't come with a gas cap - Camping World had modified the Ford design. Camping World no help; said they didn't sell gas caps and sent me to Napa Parts. Napa parts went above and beyond and found the Ford 2019 gas cap fit my rig. This didn't fix the diagnostic, though. Now check engine light is on - only 1,000 miles and 72 hours down the road. Very discouraging; $100K plus for a rig and already issues - both with the chassis and with the coach. The coach is literally shaking itself apart. Screws are unscrewing and I'm finding them on the floor. Bought some hardware tape to wrap them and hopefully that will fix the issue. Staples in the storage compartment are literally unstapling themselves. I plan to purchase screws to replace them and hopefully fix the issue. The wall-cover in the bathroom behind the toilet is separating from the wall. There's no caulking in the shower - water MUST be able to get behind there. The drawer below the oven has no magnet, no manual clip, no nothing... it just opens and closes while I drive. And the refrigerator door opens and closes as well if you try to store much on the door. The cabinets are no doubt great for weekenders with duffle bags; otherwise there's a lot of wasted storage space without shelving. I had to purchase tension bars for all the cupboards because everything was falling out when I opened the cupboard doors. The "lip" is insignificant and does very little good in keeping things on the shelves. Same in the refrigerator; I suggest double tension bars for every shelf in the coach. The table will not stay up; as I type it's sinking down, down, down. Honestly - I don't think it's put together properly. In looking at it, the "bar" which locks it in the up position isn't connected to anything - it's just strapped to the bottom of the table. The refrigerator is quite large for a 23' RV; the closet is quite small (smaller than my 1978 Toyota Dolphin 900 which I traded in.) Worst - my laptop is not charging even though plugged in and the generator is on (the generator is fairly noisy) I DEFinitely need to get this issue fixed - and I don't expect any help from Camping World because they don't seem to have any problem solving skills. If something isn't on their computer, well it must not exist. Disappointed that I've paid this much for a rig with so many issues. Hopefully the poor workmanship can be corrected by me, then I'll have a nice ride. I can't recommend Camping World, though. At this point, their customer service is negligible. The only helpful person was their sales person, and he went above and beyond in customer service - He even moved all my heavy boxes and my tow package off my old rig and onto the new one (something he was never expected to do.) It's also a shame Ford wasn't more helpful; if a Napa employee can find me a gas cap, why couldn't their service department. Being full time in the rig and with three dogs, I'm NOT going to be able to just leave my ride with someone while they "figure out" what MIGHT be wrong with it. Wish me luck; my fingers are crossed that all my issues can be simple fixes and that I haven't purchased a lemon from Camping World.

We have had 6 motorhomes previously, so we are not neebies to RVs. We just bought our first 5th Wheel, a leftover NEW 2021 Keysone Montana 3812MS) bec it was the only one that met my wife's floorplan needs. Starting with our dealership (Camping World in Idaho Falls, Gavin James Sales Rep) they promised that all needed repairs would be done prior to our taking delivery, but didn't, then lied about it, hid the defects and pushed us out their doors. Once we got the RV home (91 miles away) we noticed that nothing was fixed, us so.e other issues that were hidden when we first looked at it. So we decided to just take it back to the factory to be fixed correctly as some items would be best fixed by them, like a warped front door. The A/C leak we had to fix ourselves as water was coming in when it rained. Turns out the A/C was not even installed into the hole in the roof and gaskets missing. On May 12, 2022, we wrote to their email link: ownerrelations@keystonerv.com, explained all the issues that the dealer refused to fix and offered to take it to their Customer Seevice repair facility in Goshen IN in the next few months, subject to their availabilty under the NEW RV warranty. As of today, May 23, 2022, we have still NOT RECEIVED A REPLY. I guess that's how little they think of their OWNERS. So, maintaing a website that charts our travels and evaluates different RV campgrounds, destinations and good and bad RV products, our only recourse is too record our experiences with the manufacturer, as we already have with their product and dealer. If you are looking for a new or used RV, the term "BUYER BEWARE" apparently is very applicable here, because so far (almost 2 weeks later) Keystone RV Owner Relations still does not appear to want to take care of their Owners, by supporting their products and honoring their Warranty. Details of our purchase and interactions with this RV Manufacturer is available on our ROUGHINGITGENTLY dot com website as is our email and contact data.

This is my first RV purchase. I am a 66 year old male who has been in sales my entire life. Because I am able to do business anywhere I have cell phone coverage, I chose to ‘take my show on the road’. And love it! So I purchased a 2019 Nu Camp Tab 320-S Boondock Lite Tear-Drop Travel Trailer from a local Camping World in San Diego, CA; not knowing ANYTHING about the Nu Camp brand name, or its companies history in RV business. The first thing I noticed as I became familiar with all the campers equipment was the quality of all the woodwork. REAL SOLID (MAPLE] in my 2019 model. When I walked into a BRAND NEW 2024 400 series. Bigger, newer, beautiful right? Right. Except you immediately notice laminate materials are now being used in their newer models. I’m not sure why except for obviously less cost. Less weight of course. Definitely noticeable. Overall, I love my Nu Camp teardrop Tab 320. I will be upgrading to the 360 soon, but hope this information is helpful. NOTE: I know that the newer campers from Nu Camp are now using lithium batteries in there camper builds. This weight increase is likely significant enough to change the campers weight distribution. Something I will confirm with Nu Camp Inc.
