HOWEVER.... replaced air conditioner TWICE- not under warranty. Multiple leaks in bathroom under sink. Fireplace had to be fixed. And... the Front End Cap looks like it is 10 years old. Keep camper covered when not in use (use roughly 4-6 times a year for 3-5 days each time) and wash/polish/buff on a regular basis. Have to wax and buff Front End Cap every 3 months minimum to keep fading and hazing from showing as bad.

I removed exterior graphics because they cracked and pealed, now new owner just buff it and add new graphics or leave it clean white. I’m including the 5th wheel hitch. Buyer will need a diesel truck, when this rig is loaded it weighs 18,000 lbs, it’s a triple axle. It’s been a great vacation rig.

Like so many others it only happens after your warranty has expired and Keystone pretends every time they don't know anything about it (they certainly do) and to just buff it off. Check out the many people that have this problem and the bad attitude of Keystone over it. Don't buy a Keystone produce. We will never again.

electrical warranty has been a problem I am on my third disconnect solenoid and second set of batteries.
The fiberglass gel coat or the lack of has oxidized (it is under a cover) I had to buff it out on the body, the slide is fine. All that was in the two years. Now oxidized again
so now it needs it again.

The floor plan is great and it tows nicely. I wash and wax my unit with high quality wax 2 or 3 times a year. I have endured many problems that were almost tolerable but the worst so far is the gel coat on the sides of the unit are fading terribly. When I wax it or buff it, it looks fairly nice for about 2 or 3 weeks then it goes back to the terrible faded look. I am going to contact Montana and the large company I purchased it from to see if they will help me with a solution. From what I have read, I am not optimistic. There is no way this unit should be fading the way it is. There must not have been any UV protection in their gel coat mix? I am very disappointed in how my unit looks especially with the care I have given it. I will keep you posted.

Delivered Sept 20 2014 Came with used stove grease caked behind knobs, frig controls and door shelves broken. Poorly installed trim none of the miters cut right. Large gap in trim above stove and sofa. Didn't come with lazy boy recliners, wall behind sofa had wall paper rubbed off, No heated under belly, no R-38 fiberglass insulation in floor. fresh water holding tank falling out from underbelly. shower stall has 1/4 inch gap where the wall and bottom pieces come together. two of the slides are broken, soft spots in floor, Step are caving in poorly built frame. Outside paint has orange pill, fish eyes and runs. Can see all seems and buff marks. List is longer but you get the picture I hope. Five months still waiting to be fixed. I just want my money back. My 376BHOK IS JUNK look good before buying.

We own a 2024 JX450 that we custom ordered. Overall we are very happy with this unit and i don't think there is any other unit that we would want.
That said i did rate a couple of things as 3 stars and quality control/attention to detail are why. My unit being custom ordered was missing some things which required the dealer to have parts sent and installed like a door. There were also some other items that QC missed that should not have left the factory that way.
We did have to take a trip back to the factory to have some things addressed and while they addressed most of the things again attention to detail was lacking and i had to point out multiple things that were not fixed to my satisfaction. They eventually got it right but i had to hand hold it to get it there.
My biggest gripe with my rig is the paint. I know they send them to a painter to be painted and buffed and whoever they have do it did not do a very good job buffing my rig. You could see machine marks all over it and i had to buff them out to get it to look like the brand new RV it is.

Bought it used when it was 6 months old and 3200 miles.Owned it a year now.Just did a 2500 mile trip from Florida to Ohio.I will give the good and the bad about this unit. On the good side, drives great, rides good, good power in the mountains, MPG at 65MPH with cab air and generator running ranged between 7 to 10MPG. Lots of storage. Lots of room with the sides out. Now the bad, with the sides in it is hard to get around in the unit, The furniture is very poor quality especially the couch. Already looking to replace it. Kitchen drain has had leaking problem since the plumbing slides with the slide.( 400.00 repair at the dealer.) Poor air flow with 15,000 btu in the rear of unit (hard to cool in Florida in summer) poor heat flow in bedroom but hasn't been a issue. Front cap gel coat fading.( I buff the hole unit out twice a year ). Other minor issues that all motorhome owners face. I tell people all the time when they ask if they should buy a motorhome, my reply is preventive maintenance is key, if your not handy about fixing most problems on your own owning a motorhome is not for you. My future plans for this unit is to replace the furniture and add a second air unit in the back. My opinion on Thor is they are no better or worst than other manufacturers. All have issues! I recommend buying from a small independent dealer and stay away from chain dealers. You will have a better service experience when needed.

We have been the proud owners of the 1999 Bambi for over 21 years. She has held up wonderfully over the years and we still get complements. I must say back in 1999 everything with the exception of the Dometic refrigerator (made in Sweden) was made in USA. I mention this only because to date we have only replaced the water pump (8years ago), new brakes (2016) Dexter axel (2022) and LP tanks (2020) still running strong is the “original” A/C, stove/over, frig., water heater. We have two friends and our grown son that own late model Airstreams and most if not all appliances and fixtures are made in China and many of them have failed and been replaced.
We have made a few updates because she was looking dated in a bad way. We upgraded to 16” rims and Michelin tires, stripped clear coat and polished. Only buff once a year with Mothers aluminum polish and looks great. We removed the mouse fur, which was sagging and kept the beautiful shinny aluminum and added all the recessed lights like the newer models. Also ripped out carpet and installed 15 year Armstrong vinyl flooring. The fabric on dinette still looks new although a bit dated, maybe we’ll redo one day soon. I’m pretty sure another brand would not of lated this long. We hope to keep Bambi another 20 years. 😊
