DO NOT RECOMMEND AIRSTREAM or AIRSTREM RANGELINE. We purchased a new 2023 Airstream Rangeline in Feb 2023. The day of pick up, we noticed cabinets out of alignment, broken/missing items, unclean unit. We have been having issues with this unit since day one of pulling out of Blue Compass RV of Greensboro. On the first night- discovered a myriad of malfunctioning/dysfunction items, including electrical/ heating/water heating/battery charging/water tank & cabin temperature sensors/low glycol, water pump, overheated generator, MIRA app, and more. This unit has been in and out of service since purchase, and there solid since April 2024 for the same issues with heating, cooling, sensors, failed battery, leaking, electrical, and other things. In addition, there were a couple of mold infestation events while the vehicle was under the care of Blue Compass RV of Greensboro. There were multiple visits to the dealership and multiple failed camping attempts due to the unit malfunctioning. The last drop off was in April '24 was primarily due to the same heating, cooling, and electrical problems, cabinet misalignment, & collapse of a cabinet while driving, among others. Multiple issues were due to shoddy workmanship and poor-quality control. The heater didn't work in the winter and the AC didn't work in the summer. A few molds infestation incidences and roof leaking occurred during the service at Blue Compass of Greensboro. We asked for a replacement of a new working unit that does not have a history of mold issues and constant mechanical failures, or just give us a refund. Even though we purchased a new vehicle, neither Airstream nor Blue Compass RV is willing to step up and compensate us for our inconvenience, the loss of money/time/planned vacations. Rangeline is a hit and miss. Unfortunately, our unit was a miss with multiple signs of poor-quality control and engineering issues with having different software programs working together. PURCHASED: Feb’ 23 PICKED UP: March’ 23. DROPPED OFF FOR SERVICES: March, April, June, Sept, Nov of ’23, March ’24 twice, April ’24 and still there (now Sept 2023) – beyond Lemon Law.

I wish I could give Forest River a big fat ZERO but I can't. They don't deserve even one star, Folks, my experience has been horrible with Forest River and Blue Compass RV who sold the Class C motorhome to me as well as GMC who manufactured the chassis and the engine. When I say horrible, I mean fraud, Breach of Warranty, concealed rust, safety hazards I reported to the NHTSA and there were recalls as a result, leaking propane, faulty LP detector, electrical issues, leaking generator, fuel line leaks, awning not opening or closing, bugs everywhere inside my RV, leaking roof, etc, This is really the most disturbing issue. I bought it brand new. I have paid over $40,000 along with attorney's fees, expert fees and I have a HUGE amount of monetary damages, too and punitive damages to add to that. All of what I just listed, I have only put 167 miles on my new 2025 Forest River Sunseeker. That's right. Let's hope you never have to pay $40,000 for 167 miles. I continue having to pay payments and insurance due to Forest River not refunding me for the lemon they created just for me, I have had dealings with the attorney for Forest River and Mr. Kevin Stratton from Forest River, and with all these problems, during the first few months, nothing has been fixed and they REFUSE to take responsibility. The attorney from Forest River even made light of us sleeping in a motorhome that was leaking propane with no LP detector working. He said that since the propane was venting and leaking to the outside that we were not in any danger. Last I heard, electricity and gas ovens and leaking propane and leaking fuel lines don't mix well. I have had it towed with a wrecker twice now and Kevin Stratton wanted me to tow it again on my dime so they could look at the problems after it has sat over 120 in the shop at Blue Compass. The Forest River Sunseeker has spent over 120 days in the shop and it won't even start. That is right!! It won't start. It is not a battery issue. It leaks noxious fluids all over my driveway and it won't even start. I am afraid that my home might blow up with it sitting and leaking fuel all over my driveway. Almost two years since 5/31/24 I have only been able to use it for 167 miles and yet Forest River denies that they made a lemon. They want to keep my money so they can make one off these RVs for you! I wish my nightmare was over but it is not. Kevin Stratton and the attorney for Forest River are unscrupulous. They won't budge. They point their finger at Blue Compass RV but they manufactured the motorhome. They point their finger at me for not wanting to wait another 120 days for another dealer to try their hand at fixing it. The Lemon Law is of 30 days of re[aor time in Missouri. Blue Compass RV and Forest River and GMC have had ample time to fix it but every issue still remains. Somehow when my motorhome was in the shop at Blue Compass, someone enjoyed putting 284 miles on it without my knowledge or permission. I can go on and on and on. My dreams of traveling the USA have turned into to a real life nightmare. GMC manufactured the chassis and I purchased two extended warranties for my motorhome, very expensive ones. GMC has refused to service my motorhome at every single place I have called. The only reason it was serviced once at a Chevrolet dealer is because they did it as a favor for Forest River. I wish I could have spared myself this misery, Just when I thought I was going to finally see the USA, I sit in my home and wait to be reimbursed for this huge box of evidence leaking all over my driveway that won't even start. I dream of having avoided this Forest River, Blue Compass RV and GMC Chevrolet nightmare. Fraud, Breach of Warranty, concealment of rust, serious and dangerous defects, too.

We have owned this RV for one year. It has been in the shop for 20, yes 20 total weeks and is soon to go into the shop for additional warranty repairs. The defects include drawer slides falling off, LED lights on the front cap and awnings replaced, front awning replaced, side wall panel separating from trim, ice maker water line kinked and didn't allow water flow (replaced), bath sink faucet replaced, black water flush line was leaking under bathroom deck, water heater electrical was not connected at factory, entry door installed incorrectly (replaced). Leveling system is now not functioning and one slide cable has snapped. Blue Compass has done all the warranty repairs but we've had to return more than once for the same issues. Very poor quality of workmanship. I would not recommend buying from this manufacturer.

We bought a new Thor Geneva 25VA motorhome from Blue Compass RV. It has numerous problems, especially with the electrical system which the dealership has been unable to figure out, resulting in the batteries being drained when no identifiable load is placed on them. It has also had problems with the slide, and lots of little annoying problems with cabinets and cargo nets just falling apart. We have identified 33 warrantee defects. One of the defects was that Thor did not glue down the linoleum flooring, which is contrary to industry standards for linoleum installations. On our last trip where there was some wet drizzly weather, a leak developed in one of the skylights, and the awning collapsed. It’s just one thing after another going wrong with this RV.

Bought brand new factory delivery. Went to pick up, back door did not fit correctly, could see light around 3/4 of door. Also main awning had several holes in it. Not Jayco fault even that it left their factory with these defective issues. Purchased in Feb 2024, still no solutions for door, awning has supposed been replaced. Second door from Jayco sent, same problem. Third unit in Tampa checked, same door has same issue. Jayco says it’s not their problem, I disagree since these issues left their factory. Spoke to Jayco CS which stated not their problem. Lippert, door matg came and Thot they had a fix…didn’t. Still no RV in our possession although they gladly take our payments. Here it is July 8, still no 5th wheel. Northpoint Ckds390. Loved the layout but not the problems, no one seems to care. Jayco manufactured, bought from Blue Compass. Filed BBB complaint, it was closed when Jayco said arrangements had been made with buyer, which was untrue. Where does one go to help with resolution?

I did my research for 2 years and I walked through a lot of different brands and models. It was abundantly clear that Brinkley was above the rest when came to build quality and their attention to the fit and finish. Also there are countless comments on their customer service and the fact that they take care of their customers. We finally pulled the trigger in June and purchased a Z3400 from Blue Compass in Duncan SC.(I will do a review on them as well). First of all I will state that Brinkley’s are not Perfect and I have had a number of small issues, most of which I corrected myself with the help of Brinkley’s customer care team. The difference is that they will do whatever it takes to correct the issue. Including sending you parts to fix it yourself if you don’t want to have your RV in some dealership for who knows how long. We could not be happier with our decision to buy a Brinkley and I would encourage anyone to take look at one if you are considering purchasing an RV.

We have used the camper twice since purchase. The second time we did water and electric hook up. When we went to use the water all the lights dimmed to almost of and the pump sounded horrible. When you use the led light under the awning all of the marker lights are on also. The stove vent flap door and cover when missing when we received the camper the dealer did replace that but while towing the camper home the cover came off again and is missing some where. The dealer will not put in for warranty work for the water pump until spring of 2024. So sad dealers want the sales but won’t do the service. Purchased at blue compass in Albany new York formally Albany RV.
