Put the stabilizer down on the front right and stabilizer was bent, when my husband checked the frame had been bent very thin metal that the stabilizer is hooked on. The slide on the main door needed put back in the track. Easy set up and we like the floor plan. Show less

Very poor quality. Nose cap has to be replaced in the first month, doors on cabinets coming lose, tv cable many issues, on my 3rd AC unit in 2 1/2 years I have had it. And now the frame is twisted and bent over the axles. Leaf springs, spring hanger, and axle damage due to being under rated for unit. If you own one of these campers check out the I beams I bet you will find them bent. Very poor quality and Cruiser will not back up their product!! Show less

Brought this trailer brand new from giant RV in Murrieta CA all major components work, the queen bed is cut a foot shorter than the mattress and four inches on the side of the bed (been told from heartland that's normal) the dinnette chairs were falling apart, the table came loose from the floor, the cabinets paper is coming loose, the stove was not screwed down and been bent and misaligned, the door frame is bent and bubbles up the frame in bathroom is loose, the bathtub surround is not sealed down. stay away, far far away. motor to bed slide out had to be replaced the same day we bought it. tiny staples holding material on dinette benches, table bracket broke the first week. 6 passenger with only 4 seat belts. had to install 2 more on my own. no spare tire or place to mount it. entry door bent and had to be bent back in place. within a month both batteries died. running lights, backup camera, cigarette lighter and charging plugs keep blowing fuses. huge waste of space in cab, no glove compartment. rubber separating off window seals. very bad support. Since purchase one issue after another. Refrigerator door broke, water heater replaced x2, rear leveling jack bent, gas line leak, tire blowout and the list goes on. Like the floor plan and decor but all the ongoing issues have greatly diminished the experience. Show less

The wood trim is falling off with regularity after 6mos. The tailpipe supplied by Regency looked like it was bent around a tree. The diesel generator is an extremely poor choice in cold weather. The vinyl flooring is buckling. Not recommended! Poor customer service Show less

Buyer beware!!!! From day one there has been multiple problems with this rv. Floor needed to be torn up to find the bolts that keep everything secure we're all bent and need to be replaced. The front of the camper was torn apart and put back together three times. Leaking kitchen sink, floor that squeaks so bad. And now come to find out support joists are bent and the floor by the slide out is collapsing. Due to the floor collapsing when you bring the slide out in it tears all the linoleum up StarCraft not only puts out poor products but there customer service is just as bad. This is not the first RV we have ever owned but it will be the last StarCraft/Jayco product we will ever purchase. Please save your hard earned money. Show less

In 40years of camping and owner of new and used tt this is the worst one I ever had. poorly billet leaked from day one now rotted. Dealer and Gulf Stream refuses to do anything about it.Oh did I mention that the axel is bent still nothing Show less

Initially loved this RV, but disappointed with the very cheap low quality canopy. Had it out in the rain and when bringing it in, the steel bars actually bent with the weight of the rain water. Very disappointed. Very poorly built with very low quality materials. Show less

This is a warning do not buy this trailer. Everything fell apart. The microwave fell out while driving, three major leaks when its raining, all the cabinets disintegrating, shower leaking behind wall, axle bent, needed new bearings, sink fell out while full of water, wall bent, table fell apart, blinds already not working, and hey this was all happening week two of our first trip with this piece of junk. It only got worse by week four of our trip we had to give the trailer back to the dealership as it was getting unsafe. Now we are trying to get our money back on a unit that was not fit to sell.
