We have had it 3 months, used it twice and it’s literally falling apart. Blue Dog RV is the worst when it comes to customer satisfaction. It took over a month to get an appt and then they were not even going to look at it so we could show them ALL the issues. We wish we’d read the reviews on Forrest River. Buyers Beware! All I can say is when it goes in on July 15 they fix all the issues as the entire bottom frame is Falling and we hope the bottom doesn’t fall out. The bed frame is completely Bent at the diner area and only the dog slept on it! Such poor workmanship is unbelievable when you make a large purchase S this and it’s brand new !😡😔🥺

My Lazy Daze has been rock solid. I’m the second owner and in 6 years there haven’t been any problems except minor wear out issues like a toilet seal. The RV is well insulated and quiet. All the furniture is screwed and glued to the house frame and as a result, nothing rattles or falls off. We’re very pleased with our RV and would buy another without any doubts.

The RV is great on gas and handles like A dream. It has plenty of room and is very comfortable when traveling. All the feature in the Bounder are of top quality and easy to maintain. When you use the 2 slide outs you have more room than you would expect. The bathroom has plenty of room and shower is also large for an RV. My RV has 28,000 and never had major issues with it. My RV is on a Ford frame with an 10 cylinder engine. No regrets with the RV.

We purchased a Shadow Cruiser in July 2021. The new RV had the flowing issues even before taking it on the road, specifically: 1. Recliner seat was not anchored to the floor and is not leveled. 2. Bathroom entry door fall off. One of the sliding hinges was not connected. 3. Bedroom mattress lock was misaligned. 4. The Shower sliding curtain panel fall of . After the faulty recliner was replaced by Blue Dog RV, Fleetwood, PA, and we started our first trip with the new RV. We are on our second week of our first trip with our new RV. This new RV is poorly put together. There are new daily issues with so many components that were simply not put together properly. I feel like MacGyver trying to solve problems at all times rather than enjoying my vacation. Sone of the issues - 1. Power Inlet is not properly secured. 2. Bathroom Sliding Door keeps falling off the rail. Hinges are not holding the weight. 3. Shower certain Frame fall apart. No way to fix (using a duct tape for now…_) 4. Sliding Bed lock ripped from bed frame. 5. Bedroom shades Screws are loose and cannot be tightened. 6. Slide-Out Shades frames screws loose, cannot be tightened. 7. Kitchen drawer is not open all the way. 8. Only 1 of 2 USB ports is functioning. Thus far my purchasing experience is a huge frustration and disappointment rather than having the joy of having a new RV. STAY AWAY FROM HSADOW CRUISER RV

We have had a few warranty issues on our NEW 2022 Cougar 22MLS travel trailer. KEYSTONE covered most, but declined to cover a big gap between the driver’s side front window frame and the interior paneling up to 16″ long and you could stick your hand in all the way from bottom to top. Had RV service center and myself submit for approval to Keystone and was denied. Keystone claims that 16″ panel gap is “within Factory Spec” non-warranty issue. I said, what about the passenger side that is tight and has no gap between frame and paneling? Shouldn’t driver’s side be seamless too? Nope, gap is within factory spec. Not one $ will be spent on KEYSTONE brands when we look for another trailer to purchase.

Never by from this dealer again.. had a crossroads zinger in the past for 5 years without any issues... very dissatisfied customer😡. Have pics to prove everything.

From substantial leaks under both sinks to a wobbly toilet, valances loosening from the wall and the inside wall by the bed bowing inward loosening the window frame. Brand new 2023 camper. Never used. Terrible. Warranty covers everything so far but its a lengthy, time consuming process. Never again with this brand

We have loved our RV. We had an adult child staying with us and he was very comfortable in the Bonus Room. When he no longer stayed with us we turned that room into an office and makeup room. Perfect! Lots and lots of room (for a camper) and TONS of storage! We did have some issues with the frame but that was easily rectified and we were back on the road. Very easy to tow with our F350. Few little camper issues with trim etc but nothing more glue can't fix. This has been a great camper for us!

It was a great RV until I noticed the hitch A-frame bending at the front of the trailer. The frame crushing the front diamond plate shield and causing trailer to sag. Took it to a trailer shop and they said box frame to thin for the trailer and had to replace entire a-frame at my cost. Gulf Stream took no responsibility and blamed frame manufacturer Lippert. Lippert tested section and said no problem with their specs from Gulf Stream. Out over $6000 for replacement made from thicker material.
