Only because it was warranty work did I take the unit to a dealer. 2020 Keystone cougar 315 RLS . They did crappy cosmetic work, Replaced cracked trim and just plastered them with nail holes everywhere, crooked, pinched wires to slide lighting that I personally fixed. They welded braces to frame for floor support using what appears to be a first time welder who new nothing about welding. They called and said unit was ready to be picked up!!! upon pick-up.... Battery cables were broke off posts, cabinet door got cracked, many chips and scratches to woodwork, under cabinet panels were never installed, just laying there. Did not replace a few wood trim pieces that were on work order. replaced the T.V antenna as a recall that I did not approve, now it has very poor reception. THEY refused to put original back on. I WILL NEVER go back. Need less to say.... Manager and I do not like each other. Show less
