i have been trying to get issues with my heartland pioner b270 i bought this brand new in march service dept sucks.dont call or return phone calls.say they cant fix my leaking water heater.without manufacture approval,even though its destroying my trailer.i have to take the trailer to them.just so they can look at it.then make anouther appointment whenever they decide to fix it...was told when i did get to talk to the servce guy.sorry were really busy.made me feel like i dont matter.guess once you pay for the rv.you become a number.not a person Show less
