I bought the Zinger in 2024 brand new. The entry door is hard to open and close and when inside i can see light coming from around the door frame. I have been trying to get it fixed for months. I finally found a mobil rv tech that is willing to do warranty work and is trying to get authorization to replace the door along with a couple of other quality issues and customer service is not helpful at all! There is so much more to the story however there is not enough space here to add more details. I will never buy a new camper ever again.

I am very dissapointed with my crossroads zinger. I bought it brand new in April of this year. Since then I'v had nothing but problems. There were nothing but water leaks in kitchen and bathroom. We got most of them fixed but still leaks in the bathroom. Really bad workmanship. I went in the bedroom to unplug something and the whole outlet came out of wall. Also bad problems with the roof. Bad water leak in the bedroom. This was brandnew when I bought it last year and used it as seasonal camper and it's been nothing but problems. I took it back to the dealer last year and it spent the whole winter, You think they would fix every thing. Now they'er telling me the warranty is expired. What a farse. If you;re looking for a nice camper PLEASE don't even think about Crossroads they're junk

Hi there. so... I spent 3 months doing research on different trailers, shapes, sizes, slide out vs tip outs, whatever. I chose the zinger 259 as it's classed as a couple's trailer. I chose this particular unit because of the floor layout. And I absolutely love it. it's very comfortable handy and accessible. What I don't like about it, is that when it got really cold out, I had to remove some of the false panellings, to Circulate air. This was to ensure heat was dispersed evenly throughout the floor. I also really dislike these stairs that fold inside of your trailerdoor instead of under the trailer.
There is so much wasted space in this trailer under the kitchen sink one shelf, then they closed in the bottom shelf for no particular reason. The front of the trailer is wasted space, no access. Cupboard under stove absolutely useless and empty. Could be used for pots and pants.
There is a hose access on the exterior of the trailer to help with flushing of the black tank. (This was a selling feature.) I took the false cover off the bathroom under the sink, I found that, that hose is twisted and unusable. (Will be repaired) I also found that in a lot of cases the electrical in this trailer is so tight, if I hit a bump going down the road it's going to break wires, and have no connections, there's no extra bounce room on the electrical wiring.
There is no filter system on the furnace to protect it from drawing in hair, dirt of any kind. The furnace only worked for 7 weeks before having to have it serviced. To find out that most of the Problem is in fact that it doesn't have a Filter system. The heating ducts in the floor were full of sawdust and for that matter so were the ones for the air conditioning in the ceiling. I was covered in sawdust the first time I turned on the ac unit. The interior walls under the cabinets, Are absolutely riddled with holes. Like they drilled the hole (Without breaking the exterior skin of the trailer.) for the exit of the furnace and then change their mind only to put it somewhere else but didn't fill the hole. So much for the winter package you paid extra for. this has happened on more than one occasion as I said I opened up all of the false cubies.
The stabilizers used on this trailer, there's one in the front and one in the back. I don't like them. I want all 4 individuals stabilizers. Like the ones I had on my other trailer. So you can actually level your trailer. With these 2 electric Scissor Jack one in front 1 in back you can't level this trailer, impossible.
Be careful out there people and have fun camping, enjoy your day.
Whoever comes up with conception of these trailers really needs to spend 6 months living in one because they have no clue no clue how to go camping no clue what they're doing on floor layouts sleeping accommodatissues and the fact that these beds are impossible to sleep on.
Thanks

Worst trailer I have ever owned!! On the surface and for the price it looks great, but quickly learned way it has such a low price point. To start the craftsmanship is horrendous. Missing screws, sealant carelessly applied, and leaky hose connections (ai discovered this at 5 in the morning when I stepped in a puddle that came from under my kitchen sink and I had a similar experience with the bathroom sink. Even with pipe door they continue to leak. It is a huge floor plan, but has almost no storage. I had to install a shelf in the kitchen cabinet because it was just a massive opening. The bed is awful and had to buy a $150 mattress pad just to make it sleepable until I can buy a new mattress. The “closet” space next to the bed isn’t tall enough to hang a shirt. Not sure why they even bothered to put them in if they were going to be so short. I could go on and on about all the things that are awful with this trailer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY is the bottom line.

Cheap O’ POS camper! DO NOT BUY ZINGER RVs!
Mine has been nothing but a big ol’ money pit to sink money into.
Came with 3 yr structural warranty. BS! Within first year, axle breaks - $1500. Repair. Within 1 more year, second axle breaks- $1300. Repair. Both paid out of pocket. Turns out faulty wiring caused breaks to stay engaged, overheating axle causing structural failure two times. Doesn’t help when dealer installs wheels so loose after bearing pack that you can wiggle them back and forth and they clang against the drum..
Slide out and cap leaking from day one! Siding bulging while driving because it not secured properly, two attempts to repair, finally blew hole in side of camper while towing, had to about have an aneurysm to get it covered under warranty. Siding still building while towing.
Intermittent water leaks under kitchen sink by water heater, doors don’t set well and light shines thru cracks, laminate floor peeling up! Camper is now past 3 yr warranty. I was almost eligible for lemon law in my state, but thanks to COVID shutting down the world, this POS sat in storage for the 3rd year while the warranty expired. Boy did the dealer and Manf. Get lucky, while I’m here stuck with a $30k piece of garbage! Hind sight really is 20/20 folks.
Feeling a bit trapped deciding if it would be better to just take the credit hit for 7 yrs or continue plunging money into this worthless POS. Do yourself a favor, don’t shave years off of your life stressing over constant fails and repairs, stay far away from Zinger branded RVs and Campers,
