I did research before I bought this and it was one of the top of the line very well-made travel trailers. I bought this travel trailer during the aftermath of Covid when everything was on backorder, etc. and apparently they have been making these with junk inside them. Both of my furry on air conditioners did not work as they should. One of them had the Freon run out so I replaced both of them with a Coleman Mach. The refrigerator microwave and most everything is Furrion and made in China. My microwave is having issues and my refrigerator since I bought it has an issue with the compressor and it makes a very loud rattling noise every time it tries to cool off. Now that could’ve been just installation of said item, but everything seems to be quickly made with cheap equipment. They would not even reimburse me for replacing my air conditioners because I didn’t take it in to have that looked at when I had already had them checking on the AC why it wasn’t reading the temperature on multiple visits. So in addition to this no longer being a reliable brand, their warranty is crap also. Stay away from this brand.

I purchased a 2025 Ridgeway 35BH last year around this exact time from Optimum RV (terrible dealer) and i brought it back to them for an inspection and some minor things i thought needed looking at before 1 year warranty was up. Shower leaked occasionally, awnings would never go up correctly, took multiple attempts to make them go up, pump under bathroom sink wasn't working correctly all the time, the solar panel would not keep the battery charged, but the main thing that bothered me was the GREY water tank was almost always saying it was full?? They advertised a 90 gallon grey tank, 50 gallon black tank, and 76 gallon fresh water tank. After a couple trips and having to empty the grey every 2-3 days i decided to purchase a garden hose meter and test it myself. turns out after putting 27 gallons in the tank it was saying full. i even discharged the water into 5 gallon buckets and came up with same thing. With all that said, i told the dealer to check this out and sure enough there is only a 30 gallon grey water tank. The dealer has had it now for 12 weeks, and has offered no solution. KZ RV is saying that what the 90 gallon grey is a combination of grey and black. They don't have room to put a 90 gallon grey tank, so what do i do? Who puts a 30 gallon grey tank in a 40 foot trailer that has hook ups for washer and dryer? Anybody else aware of this problem?

Was big believer in Jayco brand trailer and bought my third new one and have owned several new ones. Received a questionnaire from Jayco after purchase and listed all the faults and changes to the design that I didn’t like. They never responded. Have had warantee problems with things that have not worked in first year and dealer has failed to fix. Cheap things like the clock and the control for heat and air conditioning do not work and am told they were not made by Jayco and can not be fixed by warantee. Jayco used to be a well made travel trailer but will not buy another

Happy with all things interior and yes, things need to be tightened after a long, bumpy road trip - nothing that isn’t normal or to be expected. Recent experience with Leslie in service was exceptional. Valor-e had a needed repair that the factory did and covered. They made sure our rig was in top condition before we left.

Forest River will fix it at their leisure... In my mind they should of replaced it. Worst Company Ever!!!!!!

It was love at first site for the wife and I. After 30 years in a tent we were ready to finally make the jump. What a disappointment!! While it looked great, had very nice options like a "big" fridge, nice bathroom and lot's of storage it turned out to be made so cheap it's no even funny. Roof leaked so many times I must have used at least 6 tubes of Docal. Then the rain would come in from the air conditioning. The electronic board sucks energy way more than what other campers told us. I'm 5 feet 10" and the bed is not long enough. The toilet started leaking after 2 years. Most screws screw into 1/8 cheap wood so it's easy for them to get loose. And I could go on. We spent over $4000 on repairs that should not have happened Not choosing a trailer with comfortable seating when it rains for a couple of days was another mistake. Don't count on the kitchen seating for that, and one bench became loose because.... the wood with the screws is not thick enough to have any structural support. There are smaller trailers out there that have more inside space and are better built.

It has (2) grey tanks, so you can stay without hookups longer. You can get to everything with the slide closed for comfortable travel and overnight stays on the road. This model had (2) floor to ceiling pantries and an extra ward with drawers! Lots of storage in this unit. The underbed storage features an open cubby on each side of the bed, which we used for shoe storage, and a cubby in the front big enough for a pet bed. The light colors with midnight blue accents is light and cheery. The only con to this unit is dealing with dumping (2) grey tanks.

This RV was a nightmare from the beginning. The dealership, Camping World, charged 1200$ for a prepping fee. Al lthe did was plug the unit in and open the slide outs. They didnt remove the pencil marks from the manufacturer, didnt put the sliding door on the rails from the master bedroom, didnt fill the propane tanks, and when my wife opened the outdoor kitchen, the refrigerator fell on her! The cheap tires, of course, blew out on the highway when I had the entire family out of a cross country vacation with it. I called the Good Sams insurance that came with the unit, and they left us high and dry in the middle of Jackson Mississippi at 11pm with a blown tire. I ended up having to rig the trucks jack and fix it myself. The furnace eats propane like its a crack addict. makes all sorts of noise. you can hear when your unit furnace kicks on from across the RV park. We are stuck with the loan on it, which Im sure Heartland doenst care, but please for the love of everything holy, do NOT buy this RV!
