Have run this unit for almost 2 years now. Have made several long trips and been in it for several weeks at a time with it. So, Pros first. Good overall interior lighting. Fridge is good size. A handy second fridge in front storage. Bathroom fan switch is on the wall. The bathroom fan vent (switch is also on the wall) is power open. Both items are a no brainer. A solid door to rear bunk area is way better than a curtain. Windows are a good size in most areas, the tint helps keep sun heat out on those hotter days. Cons: All vents on the roof (bathroom, bedroom) should come with covers. I could not believe they did not have covers. They had to be the first thing added. Exterior needs another receptacle (on a different circuit) closer to the rear of the unit. No one uses a coffee maker at the front. Should have better exterior lights around the entry. The exterior access for the garbage can is too small. Storage setup is a huge waste of space. To access water setup for winterizing, you have to take a wall apart? As in figure out which screws are needed to remove a wall. A lot of wasted space under this area. This needs a rethink. While it is obvious that the faster you manufacture one, the more money you make. Several electrical fixtures were loose, the first time I plugged the unit in, it would not charge the batteries. By a fluke I found a loose connection under the interior steps. The entire electrical system needs better attention to quality. My fireplace was pushing out in one corner, I took it out and found so much excess wire behind it. I cut out about 4 - 6 feet from most of the wires. What a waste. Now to enter the unit, the four step solid steps are too heavy for smaller people to lift, they should have the easy step. It needs a better kitchen table and seating setup. The seats had drop down flaps to under seat storage that was useless and not accessible. I made slide out drawers to be useable. It needs another useable receptacle in the kitchen area. Why is a receptacle behind the garbage access? The TV is mounted on a chase just inside the main entry, it was so poorly installed that most of it came apart after one trip. I had to take it entirely apart and rebuild it to be secure. However this was simply part of the entire interior trim that was so poorly installed and many areas just not finished . I spent 8 hours just repairing or securing interior finishes. Overhead doors should come with a hold open hinge. The rear bunk area should have an operable window. The bathroom door is installed in a way that makes it awkward to get in to the room. The master bedroom needs more footroom around it. The bedroom closet slideout needs to be deeper. The heating vent design make the master bedroom and bathroom extremely warm, the lower areas are still subzero. Overall, the layout needs a bit more planning. Forest River has some with much better layouts now

The best feature of the RV is the rear entertainment seating. This is opposing double slides to create an extra large living room complete with fireplace, entertainment center with stereo and DVD and a popup tv that discreetly moves down beneath counter so as not to obstruct the rear view. Second best is the high end upgrades. This makes it feel like a house. Rich wood cabinetry, pantry with pull-out shelves, solid counters and tons of storage. Third is large for an RV bathroom. Corner shower is extra big, toilet is pocelain and there is adequate vanity space. A larger person can easily move around in this bathroom. Last is the master bedroom which truly feels like a master suite with a third slideout, double mirrored closet doors, armoire storage on each side, nightstand, and stand alone armoire for more storage and holds a smart tv.

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness.

As with many RVs workmanship pops up. e.g. loose fasteners, cheap faucets, shower heads etc. Those we replaced right away. We replaced factory tow pin with a Reese Goose Box. We never had an issue with heating/cooling, water heater or the propane systems. A big headache was the tank sensors, can't trust them!

It has auto-leveling which is a must. It also has a nice fireplace that can heat up your room or just be a light show. With 3 TV's, we move from the living into the bedroom to fall asleep in bed. The furniture is well made. It is really a nice 5th wheel.

That's a bummer which I thought it had one , told I would have a ladder then never got one extra 400.00 plus dollars , over insured on all the overages, but will update at a later date right now I'm on the fence. Have not had to use any factory warranty as of yet

We purchased this RV after 3 years of going to several large RV shows in Hershey, PA until we found exactly what we wanted. We had to be able to travel once we located in a site, so we did not want a motor home Class A or a Class C, since that would require us to tow a car. The 5th Wheels provide more room and more stability, and allow us to leave the premised. We did not want to waste our precious time using laundry facilites, so a MUST for us was an RV able to accomodate a quality Washer and Dryer. We found this in our Forest River Wildcat! For 2 people, the space ismore than perfect. We have even used the pull-out sofa for company a few times and once everyone is awake, it is again quite roomy. A feature that was a 'must' was a big rear window. Backing into a site that overlooks the ocean is the reasons we chose a particular location. It's like having waterfront property all across the country! The heat ssytem is great - and the added electic fireplace provides just enough heat to take the 'nip' out of the air on a colder Spring or Autumn morning. And the ACs are so effecient, we hardly need the 2nd bedroom unit was added. We found this RV had EVERYTHING we could ever have wanted!

Spent time in the winter and was very warm without any freezing of any pipes with skirting. Would highly recommend!

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased.

Comparing my N-L camper to my previous arctic fox 1160 is like comparing a Yugo to a Tesla. The only things the A/F had that the N/L didn't is a black tank flush and larger tanks. The A/F literally spread apart underneath when the tiny badly welded cross braces broke and pulled out the tiny wood screws. I am in the process of rebuilding it so I can sell it with a clean conscience. My only other complaint is the wasted space around the batteries which I discovered during my Victron 2kw inverter install. I added an inspection door for easy access and ventilation for the inverter right next to the solar panel display. I have owned and lived in 5 different Rv's in my 63 years and the N/L is far and away the highest quality I have seen and that includes a 25' Airstream.
