I needed to order some seam tape for my Forest River. I spoke to Darlene on the phone and provided my vin and also sent her pictures of the interior to make sure that the correct seam tape was shipped. When it arrived it was not correct. I then provided more pictures and was told the correct seam tape sample was being sent to their dealership the following week. I did not hear from Darlene by the end of the week so I called her to check on the progress. She told me that she threw it in the garbage. When I asked her why, she said that she had talked to me earlier in the week and that I was very rude to her and that I told her that I had gone to another dealer and had given them a 100 dollar deposit and then slammed the phone down on her. None of this is true and even after simply telling her that she could confirm it was not me by checking her phone records, she refused to believe that she simply made a mistake. The only reason for 2 stars is that she did bring in the correct tape the following week. Show less
