We purchased our coach via email and phone calls. The quote I was given was thousands less than the cheapest closer to home. At closing the bottom line was the same as quoted with no pressure for added things like extended warranties. The whole experience was low stress
We had some minor issues soon after we purchased the rig on a trip to Alaska. One I was able to repair myself with advice from Rockwood over the phone, while on the road to AK while in Canada. Some other minor issues during that 12,000 mile trip over some very rough roads. I called Wana and asked if they could repair them on the trip back home to PA. The service manager said yes and via email I sent him a pick list of items needing attention. We dropped the rig off at 9am and it was ready to be picked up at 11:45 that same day. Wana even washed the very dirty rig and the cost was zero. I have had several minor issues since and via email and phone calls have purchased parts. The emails have always been promptly replied to.
