I would like to commend Sylvain, Service Technician, for the amazing work he completed on my RV. He was patient, demonstrated great perseverance and knowledge and was dedication to find the problems and get them fixed. I bought my RV 2 years ago and the problems prevented me from using it. After many attempts to find the problem, I contacted the Manufacturer of my Gemini Thor and they passed me onto VR St Cyr, and I am grateful they did. When I read the mission statement "VR St Cyr is committed to providing an impeccable experience with the goal of customer satisfaction throughout the life of the vehicle.", I regained my hope for my RV and Sylvain certainly went above and beyond their mission statement to find and fix the problems. If they have an 'Employee of the Year award, I vote for Sylvain 110%. I highly recommend this company for your RV needs.
