We purchased a new sonic x in Colorado in 2022. Experienced a slide out problem. No dealerships were willing to help us because they didn’t sell us the RV. I reached out to venture who makes the Sonic tt. venture is actually part of KZ. They made a call to United RV in Ft Worth. They agreed to get our RV in. They replaced the Shwen Tec slide out and got us back on the road. I have now used United rv for everything. I have a great service advisor named Matt is great at communicating and concerned about doing things right. Show less
