We bought a 2023 NuCamp 620 Cirrus and have had many issues. Nothing but problems and we will not be considering getting this brand ever again. We bought ours in July 2024 (even though it's a 2023 it was "brand new") and have had nothing but issues. First the window over the bed was leaking inside the walls and eventually the wallpaper started getting rippled and bubbling. We took it back to the dealer where we bought it and they did a major hack job on our brand new unit trying to fix it. We were livid. So NuCamp said they would fix it right. We had to drive over an hour from home to drop it off in Sugarcreek OH. They had it for a while and supposedly fixed it but when we went to pick it up (another over hour drive) we found a few things they did not fix so they had to keep it again. This time when it was fixed they had someone drive it to our house and drop it off. That was November 2024. Now the fix they did to the window leak over the bed is peeling off and there is evidence of more leaking inside, the awning sporadically doesn't go all the way out, the jack remotes don't work anymore without being plugged in and only one works when plugged in. The awning LED's have a number of lights burned out. It has just been one disappointment after another! Our battery has also been very strange, not charged at times when it has been in the sun for days, and now I'm wondering if it's a solar panel issue, after reading about experiences others have been having. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. Paul D. Kasper This is supposed to be a superior quality unit and it's definitely not. Also not cheap! We bought brand new because we didn't want to deal with these kinds of issues. And customer service is also not good. #nucamprv #cirrus620 nuCamp

This is an older camper with very little use that has been a total piece of crap since the day I bought it. If this is quality material in construction of this cheap as possible construction,Lance is full of shit! Material to construct the seating at the table started flaking off chunks of the plastic from the material after one year. Refrigerator needed replaced after a couple years after very little use. Air conditioner broke. Heater broke. Outrigger broke. Edge of table cuts into your arms when sitting at the table. Toilet plumbing leaked after second outing. Gauges to indicate water, black water and grey water are not accurate. Heater broke. All this with very little use!! Blinds don’t work. Window valances fell off. For what I paid for this piece of shit, I expected alot better quantity since Lance uses quality as a featured selling point. NEVER BUY A CAMPER FROM LANCE!!!!!!

My husband and I had a great idea for the summer. Let's drive to alaska! We live in Florida, in January we started looking for a truck camper. We fell in love with the palomino hs2912, because of the sundeck. We were looking for a used one to fit our budget. We located one in Arkansas, so we drove up with a trailer and bought the 2022 HS2912. We immediately started adding personal touches for our 4500 mile adventure. We departed Florida on may 17th. I can't begin to guess the number of compliments we have received. Every time we stop (fuel, camping, etc.) someone asks us about our camper. We LOVE it!!! We arrived in alaska on June 18th. Thank you palomino!!

trucb cabovers are my favorite campers because what you get in space and acommodations far exceeds what you would expect on such a limited base. the only problem with htem is the wind resistance and high center of gravity, robbing you of mileage on the highway and adding danger on strong winds. Alaskans solved that by making their hard-bodied campers raise when u r parked, and lower when driving...the best of both worlds. the original hydraulic system got dated and pumping the jack wasn't fun, especially as it aged and the front wighing more than the back created problem raising and lowering. I had electric 12 volt actuators installed on mine and now it raises and lowers at the touch of a button, automatically holding its position when you stop it! Made a world of difference having some 7 feet of standing clearance when u r parked and dropping to a foot over the cab height when u drive. PS They r allowed on all the national parks due to their hard body safety rating....

Host rv advertises a 3 year structural warranty but does not honor it. Check other reviews their policy is to deny any issues and blame them on you to keep from paying for repairs. I have cracks in the gel coat on the front fiberglass cap. They refused to pay to repair it , said they hadn’t seen this issue before. I researched it on line it clearly states it’s a common problem with rv fiberglass and needs to be repaired to prevent water intrusion.
