DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. We flew from Calif after sending a deposit of 70k was sent for a used coach. Was told they knew owers and were friends for 20 plus years ,and it had been serviced by Trawick since new. And EVERTYING WORKED on this coach 100% they ripped off former owners.. Sliced drive tire, found out at first fuel stop less the 200 miles down the road, had to replace $752. New installed inverter doesn't work, water pump didnt work properly. Battieres not charged,/4 1/2 years old, beed replaced Washer closet door fell off it's been repair prior. Shower leaks water onto floor, ruined wood behind toilet due to that leak. Needs replaced. Hid damaged to passenger seat by moving it all the way back against the cab. Installed direct TV that didnt work. Rear TV was supposed to be satelite connected, its NOT!. Side out gearbox FAILED first use, left us stranded. Propane safety cap is missing!. Half of the LEDS on taillights are out. Cracked roof sealant on air condition umits. Air brakes tank pressure release valve FAILED 20 miles from dealer.Water in the system! Surround system DOES NOT WORK CB radio does not work, doesn't transmit!. Convection oven, fell from mount while on road.. Interior lights failed within hours of picking it up. They filled up water tank and left fill valve OPEN. Half the windows in the coach dont open but only half way. Washer/dryer support brace was loose and rotated while driving. Window valances were rattling, several were loose and about to fall off!. The drivers sideout started to slide out as we drove, due to NO ADJUSTMENT on sideout cable system We purchased a FULL COVERAGE aftermarket warranty and Trawick Luxury Coach would NOT allow the Inspector to come on property to do a 3 hour inspection UNTIL AFTER we took possession, Now I know WHY, they WOULD have had to fix all of these issues before we would be covered.Or he would have lost this sale! The side outs have NOT BEEN SERVICED, ALL, all the cables were loose, Seriously so, and all the slide rubbers were DRY AF. FAILED to have this rig inspected, per Texas Department of Transportation Regulations. Tim the sales guy was nice and helpful as was staff, but the REAL condition of this coach IS NOT what was represented to us, or the warranty company Tried to deal with Chris Trawick on these issues, he denied anything was wrong, threatened me, said come back to Texas and he will put a bullet in my head.. There are OTHER dealers to spend your money with, I suggest you spend it with them. Show less
