We purchased this RV spring 2024 new , never sold til we bought it. We received a email.from Keystone stating the first year warranty was about to expire. So we did a complete inspection and found the rubber roof was bubbling bad . We took photos of this as well photos of other defects and sent them to Keystone. . We had experienced finding water puddles inside the RV in a couple locations. Below where the air conditioner is and between the washer and the pantry opposite the washroom. We took photos of the roof and we'll the interior trim pieces coming off and a few other things and reported it to Keystone. After we took it to the dealer for inspection, the dealer sent in photos the Keystone. Keystone Denise the claim evern though the RV was within its first year of warranty. We had to authorize the dealer to complete all the repairs and asked the dealer to send photos and reports to us and Keystone. The dealers techs found the rubber roof was not installed or sealed properly. Interior panels rotting and mold covered when removed in several areas. Since the repairs are currently ongoing as I write this, Keystone now has offered to cover 10 hrs labour and all the materials. But the original quote was 40 hrs labour and these findings have increased the labour time. If I could post photos of all this on here I would. Wee are going to sue Keystone ass well register complains with consumer affairs. Keystones.warrenty isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is our second Keystone toy hauler RV. Our first qaaa a 2015 Keystone Carbon. It was a really good RV and I wish now we had kept it. Jim and Karen . Very disappointed!

We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁

This was our 2nd RV. Purchased new in 2017. One trip to Luray Caverns and the frame of the schwintek slide out was separating from the outside wall. This was noted while fueling my SUV. I tightened the screws multiple times before getting home. Whole trip was < 1000 miles. I bought it from a dealership about 150 miles from my home. This was when I discovered, at least in DE, that they won’t work on it unless they sold it. Called Forest River & they told me they knew of the problem. Blamed (I guess all 180’s that year) on improper installation. I was so fed up I traded it on a used 2015 Cruiser RV Fun Finder. Went cross country in that with no issues. There is a lot online about R-Pods walls separating from the frame. Dig deep enough and you’ll find mostly negative reviews. Seems most good reviews are newer RV’s. I wonder if they’ve even been used yet. The concept and floor plan was good. Quality is poor, which I have found is rampant throughout the industry. I wouldn’t buy new & used is somebody trying to get rid of a problem at your expense.

This RV is often referred to as a "Couple's Camper" because of its open floor plan, king bed and large bathroom. If you get the dinette version it can sleep four. We chose the recliner loveseat sitting in front of the fireplace and relaxing, so our's sleeps two. We have not had any problems with it and I can say that after looking at so many other designs, this one works well for the 2 of us and our large dog. The hardware on the inside doors is sturdy and the doors do not come off the track when underway as some other models do. The large kitchen counter space and pantry are just what we needed. Happy to have the solar panel and monitoring equipment installed and working. Central heat and air are super nice and quiet. Second entry/exit door in the master BR is a bonus, since we sometimes leave the door open with just the screen. Very happy with this unit. It is just under 6000 lbs. and tows easily. It has good ground clearance and is well built with aluminum infrastructure and walkable roof. Having the rear ladder to access equipment on the roof is a big bonus. There are videos available to see the manufacturing plant and process. Oh, and there are organizing shelves built in under the bed and a quick connect for propane to run the grill off the main tanks. Too many extras to mention here. Have not used warranty at all. Did come with crap tires which we promptly replaced. Highly recommend this model if you are looking.

I purchased my Forest River No Bo from an owner who had it for 3 years. At first glance it's a fairly nice travel trailer. Once you have used it for a year or so , you realize how poorly constructed these trailers really are. Of course every cabinet is made from particle board, so the least amount of pressure on an electrical outlet, will knock it right out of the wall. I have two now that are impossible to re-attach. The valances above the windows are sagging from opening and closing them. Overall, these trailers are made like dog do. If I ever decide to purchase another one, it won't be the crap that Forest River puts out. That being said, I'd give them a one star review.

I purchased new in 2021 a Lance 2075 travel trailer. Despite my extensive efforts to keep mice from entering, I am having MAJOR issues!!! This year is ESPECIALLY bad!! I have an insurance claim in the process, and I'm expecting my insurance company to write it off as a total loss due to rodent infestation!! Quality control at the factory is atrocious!! I have done everything I could possibly do to keep mice from getting in!! When I brought it home from the dealer, I spent two days on my back underneath it sealing holes in the underbelly that should have been done at the factory!!! Where the wiring, plumbing etc. entered the trailer, there was holes the I could fit three fingers in!!! I applied Mouse-Free religiously ,and still mice got in!! I called Lance directly and their attitude was, "so what do you want me to do about it?" Hence the one star for warranty/support!!I will never buy another Lance product, and anyone shopping for an RV , I would suggest you look elsewhere!! The ONLY exceptional thing is the towing. It did hold the road very well, and I never had a problem when passing semis or in heavy cross winds!

I purchased a Nash 26N 2022 and it has had several issues. Lots of leaking water lines and drain lines. Water heater on the electric side went out. Water pump had bypass and was filling up my holding tank when hooked up to water. LED interior light have slowly gone out changed them out with aftermarket lights and had no issues so I think it's just the brand Northwood uses. Changed my couch out and the screwed the framing from the outside of the trailer at the factory so I had to split the 2x4's then cut the crew off inside with a dremal. AC unit works but not well enough to cool the trailer down when the temperature is at or above 85 outside. New one is shower is now leaking badly underneath. I've cut the membrane and pulled the insulation out so I have a new Nash project lol. I've owened 6 rvs in 32 years and the Nash has had more issues than the previous 5 combined. I'm from Oregon and have been very disappointed in the Oregon based Northwood brand. I would run not by another Northwood.

The salespeople at the dealership emphasized how well built these trailers by Evergreen are and they are worth the extra money if you plan on keeping it for a long time. I would highly recommend owning one of these lightweight RV's over other lesser quality brands.
