Our company name, The RV Experience, was selected because it best represents the ultimate goal of our dealership. That goal is to encourage all people to Explore, Discover and Enjoy the wide range of personal and financial benefits that come from owning an RV. The RV Experience works hard to set itself apart from any other dealership. We are small enough to provide one-on-one personal service, yet diverse enough to find a solution to any challenge or customer concern. You will not experience the feeling of high pressure or intimidation that often comes with much larger companies. The owners, Dave and Leslie Roycraft, are always readily available and believe that no one has made a mistake until that person (or business) refuses to go back and correct it. We will not be satisfied with any sale, be it a light bulb or our largest trailer, until you, the customer, are equally satisfied.
