do not buy a keystone, they do not honor their warranty i have been dealing with a person in their customer service team for a year, and she keeps delaying the repair and did not pay my repair guy then they tell you your warranty expired i purchased from Fraserway RV, neither they or Keystone honored the warranties, i would not do business with either low quality of a work, the cupboards falling apart, the air-conditioner motor was squealing after one season, the shower floor cracked, the fridge didn't last 2 months Show less

Bought new. Needed a few tweaks (TV & stereo not connected) but love the colors & layout. While traveling can access bathrm, bedrm & fridge with slides in for quick stops. Stove w/oven & microwave above.Nice size fridge & freezer and lots of storage with pantry & around entertainment center. Needs electrical outlets on table/sofa slideout area. Plenty of outlets in bunk & bedroom. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Table down was play area away from main dining and lots of room & storage for kids & friends. Growing teens still fit on bunks. Was considering using as office/storage when teens outgrew us. Full queen main bed with privacy & storage. Nice layout. Ceilings are curved giving more headroom. Same with shower. Outside kitchen & entertainment areas are nice if you like to stay outside. Outside shower is terrific for kids, pets or beachy cleanup. Superlite tows easily even with F150 truck. Heated underbelly allows for longer camping season. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

King sized master bed makes all the difference!! Great outdoor kitchen, lighting, and outdoor speakers ramps up outside space. Tons of storage spaces as well as multiple outlets and usb outlets. Great layout makes this RV ideal for all your needs. Modern and well-maintained features including awning, slide-out, and cabinetry. Show less

I wrote a review in 2019 when I published the RV. Other than a few minor issues all went well for the first year. Sadly at that point an undiagnosed water leak completely rotted out the floor next to the pantry and bathroom. Keystone accepted that it was a manufactured fault and replaced aced my trailer with a brand new model… Show less

We purchased in April 22. Insides walls were moving around by October. Sent back to factor in January 2023. Got back in April 2023. The transporter towed it there and back. We went out in May for two weeks. Had some trouble controlling trailer. Took to dealer when we returned and leaf spring was broken. Manufacturer would not honor warranty, eventhough they had it for 3 months of our 1 year warranty and their transport could have broken the springs. Also tires are worn on inside, which could have been caused by broken spring. And then to top it off, the extended warranty would not cover the springs because our mechanic could not tell how the springs broke. They just broke! Our dealer is as frustrated as us because they said they have never had this many problems from Crossroads. We are just about to stop payment and relinquish to the finance company. Rebuilding our credit would be cheaper than trying to maintain this trailer Show less

The 2016 Crossroads ST290QB is a very nice travel trailer that is towable with any full size pickup or SUV at under 5,800 lbs. dry weight. The wide stance axels make it very stable while towing. LED lighting in and out make it dry camping friendly to conserve battery usage. The quad bunks in the bunkhouse at the rear of the trailer is great for kids and friends and the trifold sofa bed is great for visiting adults. The outside kitchen is nice with a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold so as not to need to go in and out of the trailer or need an extra cooler with ice. It also has a wash sink and 2 burner cooktop which are convenient. The power awning and tongue jack make setup a little quicker and easier. Show less

In the beginning we had trouble with a water leak on a supply water line, it was address and repaired fast, but it was a pain. The SST is a comfortable unit for our family. It was a good option over more expensive units. Show less

Owned 4 months and wall started to move between living room and bunkhouse. Everything is stapled together with staples no bigger than a straight pin. Trim stapled to cover up the edges of wallboard popping off. Ceiling covering coming down. Storage draw glides in bathroom stapled to 1x1 which are stapled to thin wall board. So many mechanical things have gone wrong. Bedroom storage cabinet not caulked to frame, see light and feel air. Moisture comes in back under bed storage. Goes back next week to manufacturer for repairs but not holding my breath that it will be fixed correctly. Wish for old traders back. Only pro is weight and size, and outside kitchen that works part of the time. Maybe we have a lemon and others are better. Will see a cousin next week about looking into Lemon Law Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less
