Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness.

This rv is perfect for a people looking to have the space for extended camping trips or for bringing a whole crew along with you. I love the little features like the new LED strip lights that are in the ceiling and the 16 cubic foot refrigerator that runs of 12V. This helps out so much especially when we are traveling down the road and want to keep food and drink cold.
The biggest reason we chose this specific floor plan was because of the second full bathroom in the back of the trailer. This is so nice when we are at the camp site and other campers come over. Instead of having to track through our camper to use the restroom they can just go in the rear bathroom and it has its own door. Helps out a lot with cleaning if youre particular about that stuff like we are.
Speaking of patio features it's definitely worth mentioning that we have 37ft of awning coverage. Can't even begin to say how much this awning coverage helps keeps the sun out of our windows and keeping our camper cold.

Where to start with this one? We bought the RV new to stay on property we have, so nothing wrong with it can be blamed on road travel. It is comfortable and we like the floor plan., but we've had one thing after another go wrong. Right off the bat, the entry door had to be slammed to close it. We tried adjustments, etc., and finally discovered the keyhole plate was too big and wasn't installed properly. Took that off, and it closes normally. Within the first 6 months, the converter went out (in the middle of a Texas summer) and had to be replaced. The original toilet leaked and after some research on our own, we found out it had been recalled. They did send us a new one, that was cheap to say the least, but we installed it, after we replaced the cheap flange in the floor that had cracked. We ended up replacing it with one we purchased ourselves. We've replaced the water pump twice. The kitchen faucet leaks. The water heater has never worked on electric, only propane. The propane regulator was recalled. We have 2 refrigerators and have had to replace both control boards. The sound bar quit working. The outside cable/satellite connection has never worked. The outdoor kitchen light quit working. The kitchen vent hood quit working. The latest issue is that the drain pipe under the shower broke, which we were unaware of, water built up under the trailer on top of the lining underneath, which eventually collapsed sending not so pleasant smelling stagnant , animal poop-filled water everywhere, which leads me to the worst part. I found giant holes in each end of the frame of the RV that allowed critters to crawl in and set up house on top of the covering underneath and use it as a superhighway to climb up into the trailer through the giant holes they left everywhere a water, electric or gas line had to come up into the trailer from below. It took a lot of work and a lot of Great Stuff, but I think I finally have all the inside holes filled and haven't had anymore mice inside. The workmanship on this trailer is pitiful and support is nil. They should be ashamed for selling such a mess. If I could leave 0 stars for overall quality and support, I would. Buyer beware. We plan to upgrade, but it won't be to a Keystone.

Just bought a brand new 2022, sprinter 30 RL and I have not stopped fixing the stuff they didn’t bother to finish. Everything from the plumbing, the caulking loose screws panels that are blocking compartments for no reason simply lazy crap. Breaking point was the supposed “back up camera ready” consists of drilling a hole in the back no wires no nothing and putting a cap over it and then you can’t even reach in there with a probe to find anything that’s due to aluminum framing in the way.missing no I use the camera by wrapped a camera and looked in there and it’s like 16 inches away stuck between the panel and the framing and I can’t get it loose. Workmanship is probably the least of all the five campers I’ve owned in 30 years.

We have owned are 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 for over 5 years and love it. The cost of ownership has been very low due to the relatability and great fuel economy. 18mpg+ They are a little narrow but we didn’t do a bathroom or shower and opted for all the extra space for other things besides living the van life. We like to tailgate and use it for moving things like furniture and bikes. You can build them out to be very versatile over other campers like wider ones with pop outs and trailers. We can get to sites and down narrow streets in places like San Francisco with ease. The nice thing is to throw some stuff in and roll out. Our friends take hours to prepare and break down their campers. Slide the door shut and we are off to our next adventure. Much easier for our crazy fast pace lifestyle.

This is my 2nd Sprinter, the first being a Class A which I found too small for 2 people. Some plusses: As a guy, I am most impressed with the ample storage both internal and external. Very comfortable and roomy with the slide both in (while driving) and out. Refrigerator is both electric (AC) and propane (auto) which is better than the newer models (DC/battery only). The ride is quiet and smooth with great acceleration even on grades. The exterior is full-body paint (vice decals which peel/fade over time) and looks as good as new after 9 years. I particularly like the huge skylight/vent over the salon. The only drawback to the floorplan is the very comfortable double bed in the rear corner. Now in my mid-70s, it is a bit of a challenge to make and to exit.....9 years ago, NO Problem.

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased.
