I have had the worst experience EVER dealing with this dealership! I have purchased RV’s and motor homes in the past and for most part it was pleasant transactions except the recent one with Specialty RV. Alfonso the owner turned me to Chris, the salesman, that was extremely friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. I learned later that he was “puffing” about most of the things he said and promised in regards to the RV. One thing that was a bit confusing, is the location of Specialty RV, the address was showing in Mesa, although they are in Chandler AZ and they going under name of Scottsdale Motor Group LLC. There were many issues that I dealt with them. The biggest one now, is that it has been well over 7 weeks and I still have no title or permanent license plate the RV was purchased beginning of January, 2025 and now it is end of the February 2025. Even if you are to believe Specialty RV statements that they had 45 days to register the unit, it is well beyond that date. The MVD is still showing lien on the title form the previous owner when giving them VIN number. According to MVD they have not received any documentation about the recent transfer of the ownership. This issue along with other problems dealing with timely repairs and constant lying about many things, were very frustrating and disappointing. With all of the items mentioned above I would not recommend doing ANY business with Specialty RV. When looking for an RV you can consider this review along with many others in deciding who not to deal with when making your next purchase.

I have purchased RV’s and Coaches in the past. At first, I was impressed with Specialty RV dealership especially Alfonso the owner. Bit confusing was the location it showing in Meas although they are in Chandler AZ. It is too bad that I did not read some reviews on this outfit. Alfonso the owner tun me in to Chris the salesman that was extremely friendly and aper to be knowledgeable although ”puffing- that was learn later“ was done almost on all the items i.e.: rear view camera is just uninstall for unknown reason and will be installed on sale, we can add solar panels for about $600-700, the spare tire is underneath, brakes was tested and they are good, bedroom slide was acting up so I was assured this will be fixed by the time we will be purchasing the RV, we can offer extended warranty for about $1600 -$1800 for 5 years, brand new sofa that we paid $2200, we can ad Ceramic coating at $1800, we tested and inspected all tanks sensors( gray, black and water). I reality when I show up to purchase the RV, we discover different scenarios. Chris was just out the door for his vacation and we dealt with Mellissa -it turns up the Mellissa is shop-parts person- I did sign all papers on the corner of the busy (junky no room for decent review of the documents that I needed to sign) desk. The delivery was pretty rough: no rear-view camera, no batteries in some of the remotes operating different electronic devices - fire place, lights remote for an example. Solar installation balloon double quoted amount to almost $1400. After we took the delivery, we discover that the bedroom slide is not working, there is no spare tire and brakes are having more grease than the grease gun -I was told I burned the brakes on the way home or back to the dealership. Never less I took the RV home and at that time I discover serious issues that salesmen told me it will be corrected before the purchase. Bedroom slide fail, completely, brakes on the unit did not work so I took the RV back to the dealer the following day. It took them to repair the slide about 5 weeks. Brake situation was blamed on me although Lipper Customer service assured me that I could not be able to damage the brakes during short drive. On the side note -it has been 7 weeks to date and I do not have our permanent licence plate -I guess dealer is scamming the MVD office as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RV DEALERSHIP
