I have purchased RV’s and Coaches in the past. At first, I was impressed with Specialty RV dealership especially Alfonso the owner. Bit confusing was the location it showing in Meas although they are in Chandler AZ. It is too bad that I did not read some reviews on this outfit. Alfonso the owner tun me in to Chris the salesman that was extremely friendly and aper to be knowledgeable although ”puffing- that was learn later“ was done almost on all the items i.e.: rear view camera is just uninstall for unknown reason and will be installed on sale, we can add solar panels for about $600-700, the spare tire is underneath, brakes was tested and they are good, bedroom slide was acting up so I was assured this will be fixed by the time we will be purchasing the RV, we can offer extended warranty for about $1600 -$1800 for 5 years, brand new sofa that we paid $2200, we can ad Ceramic coating at $1800, we tested and inspected all tanks sensors( gray, black and water). I reality when I show up to purchase the RV, we discover different scenarios. Chris was just out the door for his vacation and we dealt with Mellissa -it turns up the Mellissa is shop-parts person- I did sign all papers on the corner of the busy (junky no room for decent review of the documents that I needed to sign) desk. The delivery was pretty rough: no rear-view camera, no batteries in some of the remotes operating different electronic devices - fire place, lights remote for an example. Solar installation balloon double quoted amount to almost $1400. After we took the delivery, we discover that the bedroom slide is not working, there is no spare tire and brakes are having more grease than the grease gun -I was told I burned the brakes on the way home or back to the dealership. Never less I took the RV home and at that time I discover serious issues that salesmen told me it will be corrected before the purchase. Bedroom slide fail, completely, brakes on the unit did not work so I took the RV back to the dealer the following day. It took them to repair the slide about 5 weeks. Brake situation was blamed on me although Lipper Customer service assured me that I could not be able to damage the brakes during short drive. On the side note -it has been 7 weeks to date and I do not have our permanent licence plate -I guess dealer is scamming the MVD office as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RV DEALERSHIP
