Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

Rv is very reliable, rode across us twice without any issues or breakdowns, the unit has a very cold a/c, very comfortable ride up to 5 people, widely range of capabilities. powerful v6, did not hesitated on the mountain sites and canyons. Love this Four Winds Siesta RV! This big floorplan with 2 slide-outs is just a creatuere comfort home on the highways, a fantastic motorhome. Fully self-contained, this unit is at home with or without hookups. Generator runs everything. The best comfort in off-grid living, the backroads, parks, national forests and BLM are yours, right outside your door. The narrow 2 lane roads of Yellowstone and Big Bend National Parks are an easy drive with this unit, really drives like a pick-up. She really is a dreamboat, we named her Dreamboat Annie. Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort. Show less

We purchased our 2018 Thor Siesta 24 SS new in Sacramento , Ca . we have made 1 one way and 3 round trips from Ga to Ca . multiple trips to Florida and even a trip up to Maine last year ! Other than some minor cosmetic repairs I made myself , this Motorhome has performed almost flawlessly ! We had almost purchased a Very large Class A and are now glad we did not . We have all we need in this compact yet roomy RV and it gets better mileage than my 2018 jeep ! (Which we easily tow behind ) I have just recently had a B service at a Mercedes dealer ! All looked good when inspected ! We could not be happier with our Siesta ! Maneuverability is a big plus in rving ! You'll be glad you purchased a RV on this true and tested Mercedes chassis ! The 3 liter turbo will amaze you with it's power and fuel economy ! Save yourself from a huge luxury coach $ loss ! This RV will retain it's value for years to come ! This RV is amazing and well equipped. The floor plan is phenomenal and spacious. I haven't experienced any significant mechanical issues and also haven't ever towed anything with the RV. We have no experience with warranty/support. Show less

He is talking to a seller and he was bothered to ask if he had a translator since I am interested in a motorhome and he told me that he will look for another seller ... I see that they do not have sellers interested in buying a client and he did not give me the name and it is wrong educated Show less

We have never been more disappointed. Absolute horrible craftsmanship - we have had issue after issue - one replacing the back window - when the company replaced it they discovered that the fiberglass and work surrounding window was never completed. All of the leatherette furniture is peeling and flaking to the point a fine dust. The top window wasn't installed or sealed right so we had to fix that. The generator failed within a month of having the rv. The sensors have has to all be replaced - of course we had to wait for them to go before they would do it even though they knew they would go bad. Fun times- We are stuck in this lemon - look elsewhere - maybe to a company that cares about quality. We keep it in an temperature controlled environment and have been on it maintenance wise so this really seems like we got the lemon off the assembly line or the are all like this. Show less

Have owned this RV since 2014...very reliable, comfortable and easy to drive and maneuver. It's 24' mini Class C....good gas mileage as RV's go. We changed out decor motif from unsightly "honey oak" to more sophisticated muted grays. New Transmission in Aug 2020, New tires Aug 2020, Aux Onan Gen carburetor overhauled May 2020. Front end realigned May 2020. This RV is super easy to set up (10 min max) and enjoy wherever your travels might take you. Fully self contained...all operational and well-maintained since we've owned it. We listed it for Sale on rvt.com and have had multiple offers from very first day. RV is now under contract with "SALE PENDING". Show less
