Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

We used this RV for about 40 days every year since 2019. We loved the floor plan and the liveability. Like other travel trailers you need to be a good handy man to resolve some annoying issues like, fixing the caulking around the shower door, re-aligned and resealed the shower drain with the ABS pipe under the shower base, replace the city water inlet (luckily it broke during set up at camping site), re-fixed all wooden center panel cabinet (not enough glue) and you must use water pressure regulator to avoid the toilet water valve leaking. Finally, the original tires on the RV were good for only 4 years (less than 5000 miles), that’s a little bit disappointing. Despite these annoying issues we still like it. Show less

Awesome floor plan. Kitchen has tons of counter space. Love the walk around queen bed, hard to find in a rig this size. Lightweight, easy to tow. We love the power tongue lift and the power stabilizer jacks. For a couples cruiser, this has all the bells and whistles you need in a compact size. Show less

We bought a 2021 Shadow Cruiser in January of 2021 and got it in April 2021 ,Only had one problem the wiring around the furnace shorted the dealer finally after words from your customer service it was repaired ,Oh yea we did replace the king mattress with a queen size other then that it has been some great camping our Ram 1500 pulls it easy ,Thank You for building such a beautiful camper love the name Shadow Cruiser 225RBS . I would not suggest that anyone buy this model RV we bought brand new 11-21-2022 three months into it winter came it leaked front to back there was frost on the walls inside all the mattress were wet all the cushions were wet then the mold came then the regulator on the stove propane, this model is a nightmare!!!! We have had a pioneer for 10 years still looks brand new not a leak we store it all winter it's great. SHADOW CRUISER are the worst at a price of 39,995.00 Show less

Love the livable space but have been in it for a little over a year and already have to replace the plastic toilet because it has a crack in the back side that leaks. Oh no shut off valve for the water to the toilet or outside kitchen so have to shut off all water. The cupboards are falling apart and trim is sagging. You get what you pay for with affordable trailers I guess. My next one will not be with this company for sure Show less

The RV has a great lay out but the workmanship is crap. This is the 3 trailer I have owned and the worst in quality. Every time we have used it some issue. 1) The main door steps were so out of square the door did not close completly you can see light on the bottom. The striker plate had to be shimmed out with 3 cut washers so it would latch. I had to take out the steps and put them in square, and then I was able to remove the washer shims. 2) The sliding king bed plastic rails were also put in out of square, so that when you would move it to on side it would pop out and when you got to the camp ground the cabinet was the only thing that kept it from falling off. 3) The cabinet door on the bottom were so out of square they would not close needed to drill new holes. 4) Water line at the pump leaked because the clamps were not tight. 5) One of the angles that holds the fresh water tank broke loose because the self drilling screws were not alinged with the cross member. Had to drain the tank till I got to a place where I could fix it. 6) The front, left side storage door would come open because in too was put in out of alingment. Had to remove the stop screw and adjust. 7) The stablizer jack breaker was install with only one screw, so when it was tightned, it moved so close to the hot terminal in the rain it burned out. Had to replace and installed it correctly. My worst trailer ever. Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

We had purchased our RV shadow cruiser at bluedog rv in Troutdale ,oregon . I will start out saying it was the best service upfront me and my wife has ever had. Once we took it off the lot thats when it all went to crap. We had purchased our rv becuase i am disabled and it has everything that i need for me to be able to go camping. We started having problems with alot of basic little items like trim that was not tack up correctly our have of the trim not tacked at all, then parts of the wall was not properly tacked up as well, the bed was broke and slide back and forth, screws where stripped on the outside so I had to redo about half of them with bigger screws and I silicone them as to not have any problems.when we took it in to have the warranty work done they where nice upfront But they never completed there work and they left the trailor a mess and we also had grease hand prints all over inside the trailor.not once did they ever call use our return any calls as promised. We where the ones that had to call them to find out how things where going. Finally after talking to the finance manager, then the cruiser rep, we call the manufacturer in Idaho where the trailor was made. The are going to have to take it back to the factory to remove the hole side wall because the welds did not hold and the side wall and the back wall of the trailor is separating. The only person that ever returned our call and was able to help use was Ryan at Cruiser RV. IN Idaho. We have used our trailor one time for 5 days and it has been getting stuff fixed in it every since. We have currently had the trailor for three month's. It's will be at least another 2 our 3 months before we will be getting our trailor back from the cruiser rv factory in Idaho. This is where the trailor was originally made. This has been the WORST experience we have ever had after purchasing a RV. Show less

Comparing my N-L camper to my previous arctic fox 1160 is like comparing a Yugo to a Tesla. The only things the A/F had that the N/L didn't is a black tank flush and larger tanks. The A/F literally spread apart underneath when the tiny badly welded cross braces broke and pulled out the tiny wood screws. I am in the process of rebuilding it so I can sell it with a clean conscience. My only other complaint is the wasted space around the batteries which I discovered during my Victron 2kw inverter install. I added an inspection door for easy access and ventilation for the inverter right next to the solar panel display. I have owned and lived in 5 different Rv's in my 63 years and the N/L is far and away the highest quality I have seen and that includes a 25' Airstream. Show less
