The overall experience with this model is the fact that it lacks quality products inside the trailer itself. Its durability in bones of a travel trailer are excellent but after that it lacks interior quality completely. The radio is not a stable product at all. I have had to on several occasions take it apart to reset it because for some reason freeze up. The television didn't even last a year. The kitchenet faucet has come loose. The solar panels only keep the battery charged. The windows are not designed for winter months, and bugs have easy access to the inside. The cushions for the beds are not designed for long term usage. The shower head is useless and the microwave is not powerful at all. The front doorlatch is very cheaply made. However. The fact that it is extremely light weight, it is easy to pull. The awning (if taken care of) is Very nice. The deep sink in the kitchenet is nice. The stove being gas is fun to use. The microwave double as an convection oven and works great. The refrigerator is very nice plus the extra fridge in the back makes it perfect when using the exterior cook top. There is plenty of storage. And the TV is easily replaced for a better model. Show less

I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again. Show less

Bought this 2020 Montana High Country in July of 2020. It was manufactured in October of 2019 before Covid. I have traveled to Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, California, and Oregon, along with many trips around North Idaho where we live. We have enjoyed every trip with no issues. I do routine maintenance, grease wheel bearing and bushings, wash and wax exterior. After 5years it’s as solid as the day we bought it. I would highly recommend a Montana High Country to anyone looking for a 37 ft 4 in fifth wheel, Hope this helps you find the perfect RV Show less

Very soft floor after warranty runs out like 2-3years never purchase other keystone again get word out there will do nothing about it told dealership about it said that normally big money for cheap floor plan probably cost $4000 to$6000 fix Show less

Loved this camper for what we used it for. We lived in it while we built our home in Ringgold, Georgia and it was the perfect floorplan for our family of four. The extra room in the middle of the floorplan was great. The king size bed in the bedroom was definitely helpful with plenty of storage and a washer and dryer hook up. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

We used it for our first trip with a trailer. 6 months from Colorado to Portland Maine . And South to Florida. Stayed in 28 State parks. When we got a cancellation State park and Hoa’s in between. The Autumn Colors were somthing to see. And the Great U.S.A. We are so happy that we took that chance and did it. Learned so much and met so many great people. Really just a different experience of people than the day to day. Hectic people on the highway or the sidewalks. Some places where like your neighborhood. We stayed in a HOA in Fancy Gap Virginia. Families of Grandparents to great grandchildren stay every year for Halloween. So friendly and open to talk. I could go on and on. But we were very lucky. No time frame. No Appointments to keep. There was problems right from the start the fridge was not installed properly Took the trailerback to the dealer and had repaired same day Next the door to bedroom fell off called to have repairs don and were told we would have to leave trailer for 2 weeks I reaired the door myself not easy for an old guy with poor eye sight next the door to bathroom fell off while we on vaction the bedroom edoor fell off again this tim the front roller broke the inside molding are coming off now in season 2 The water pump check valve is allowing water to get into fresh water tank while we are hooked up to site water supply. Again any repairs that are necessary will take us off the road for at least 2 weeks of which we are booked at different canp sites Show less

Forest River seems to do no quality control. The builders don't use levels, measures, or other normal means to construct anything. Really poor quality. Ever time I use the RV I find screws scattered around. They don't use high quality anything and don't use adhesive. You have to re screw and glue almost everything . There is no counter space or storage. Overall I would highly recommend that you do not purchase forest river products. They don't even do customer satisfaction surveys and the dealers don't want to fix anything under warranty. Very poorly run company I will never purchase anything from again. We've owned this RV for 3 years and bought it from the original owners that were full-time campers, so it's gotten good use and it's held up really well (with good maintenance). We have loved the comfort, the systems work well and repairs have been minor and mostly preventive, and in line with expectations. The layout is ideal for a couple or small family to live in close quarters without crowding: separate bathroom sinks and cabinets and a full standup shower; twin theater seats and a full sleeper sofa; the living area is in the rear and the bedroom is in the front, with a spacious king bed and full closet. There are 3 slide-outs to expand the space inside. Ours has awnings over the slides that keep the tops clean and protected. The kitchen has a full pantry with motion light and an island sink for valuable counter space. It has a large oven and cooktop with full-size microwave and a full-size residential refrigerator that's way better than the "RV refrigerators." There's a lot of storage room in the main pass-through bay underneath, and more in the front. A 2" hitch is on the rear for bikes or cargo. The High Country model has enclosed water and waste tanks with heaters and a robust gas furnace. There is a heat pump AC in the bedroom that cools and warms, and a conventional AC unit in the living room. The water heater can operate on gas or electric power. An electric fireplace in the living room adds warmth and mood on chilly nights. The trailer tows great with my diesel RAM. The pinbox does the job to keep the ride smooth, and the trailer brakes are reliable. I bought the unit out of warranty, but Keystone has been good about remote support when I've called with a question. Show less
