Overall this is a great trailer. I've owned a class c RV prior but wanted something with more space. The build quality is lightweight and feel cheap in some areas. The cabinets are solid though.
Asa mentioned I had a Class C Ford e350 Coachman prior and realized that I needed more space. The pop outs are a game changer. I shopped for a while trying to find a good deal out there. I checked a few at Camping World but the price between new and used sent me for a whirl. I found a website called repofinder.com that had two bank owned RV's not far from me. I was able to find the one that I finally bought from a local credit union. The process was pretty straight forward as I was able to buy directly from the credit union without a dealer fee, etc. The unit was missing it's mattress buy otherwise seemed to be in good condition.
Since I've owned it the only issues I've had have been with some of the water line connections popping off. It was an easy fix and may have been because the prior owner didn't winterize it properly. The other issue strangely was the front window completely dropped out (I'd post a picture if I could). It was really disappointing but I called K-Z and they stepped up and sent a replacement that arrived a few days later at no cost.
Overall I really like the styling and comfort. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We bought in April 2022. Within months the walls were pulling away from frame. Many smaller things like electric, inverter have broke when out on a trip. After camping season was over, it went back to manufacturer for 3 months. Unknown to us, the frame work was breaking apart and had to he rebuilt in several places. We feel right then and there they should have declared it a lemon. We gave had nothing but problems with the side that was broken. The leaf spring broke and the brake pieces fell apart. We believe these were due to the frame issue. Everytime we take it out we have a $300 to $1,000 repair on top of our trip when we get back. Is it fun to go camping? Not with a Crossroads.

We shopped for many months before deciding on our new Travel Trailer named - Polaris - True North Star. We have had him for a couple months and been out 3 weekends already getting ready for the season. We love the layout and color scheme. Bedroom is awesome, living area open and so many windows. The bunk room in back has been converted into our 3 Labs living area. They love it. Pulls very well with my Ram 1500. We are ready to start using about every weekend until this fall. Heartland makes a solid product and can't wait to explore.

Stay away from Heartland Trail Runner 325 ODK. Probably stay away from all of their products. The dealer had our unit for most of the first 18 months of ownership rebuilding most of the unit. Shoddy workmanship from the factory looked like a drunk 12 year old put it together. Also don’t forget the surface rust on over 50% of the frame during the first inspection when we went to pick it up… hadn’t even taken possession of it yet it’s already rusting? Too much to list, the dealer practically disassembled and reassembled everything.
With the amount of hours the dealer had invested in this unit there is no way they made any money on it. Any dealer selling their products should stop immediately. Don’t let Heartland ruin your businesses reputation if you are a dealer. If you’re going to buy one of these look around closely, nothing will be level, straight, or attached correctly.

Bought this unit 1 1/2 years ago from the second owner. It was in excellent shape and has served us well. The two air conditioners are more than adequate even in hot weather. In fact, with a 30a service one unit has been sufficient. Quality seems to be above average since after ten years there are no leaks and trim is good. We re-upholstered the love seat/bed in the living room. Floors are in great shape as well as cabinets and other wood work. Very well made.

After having my water heater replaced (only 4 years old and hardly used) for a couple thousand dollars. I also had to buy $500 worth of batteries and I can’t even charge my phone. The water pump looks like it was just thrown in there under the sink, and the furniture is peeling off the what would be leather. CHEAP CHINESE JUNK THAT DOESN’T LAST A COUPLE YEARS WITH VERY LITTLE USE. ALSO MY TIRES HAVE A DATE STAMP OF PRE 2018. THE TIRES ARE OLDER THAN THE CAMPER!!! Everything is breaking and the manufacturer or dealer is no help. Put them out of business!! What’s next? Am I going to burn alive because the furnace exploded???

We purchased the coach in January of 2009. I gave the Factory Warranty 3 star because there was none. Country Coach was on the verge of going out of business, driven by their purchase by National. The dealer did what little work necessary and did a great job.

Had a hard time finding someone to fix it because of heartland poor customer experience. They said send back the parts and you receipt we will refund you. They only refunded 1/3 of what i was charged. Been checking around and being told Heartland dont take care of their customers. They have a QC problem.

Ceiling trim coming apart, door trims coming apart. Nails poking through wood, etc. We traded in a KZ connect cause it was also falling apart so thinking this is Normal but to me its unacceptable. You pay good money and get junk now. Very frustrated to say the least. Maybe we are just jinxed.
