Save your time and money going to this dealership unless you don't want return phone calls, or emails. During the purchasing phase of our 2021 Jayco Eagle 321 RSTS, they were on the ball returning phone calls and emails. Once we left and started having trouble, that all came to an abrupt end. Nobody calls you or emails you back. You might as well not exist. And just like Jayco, they will not stand behind the product they sell. My suggestion is to go to another dealership in the same area. Richard Figuero in service never returns a voice mail or email and never seems to be around when you call especially when you have had problems . If you leave a message for him you definitely won't hear anything. Working with Laurie Duggan the Service Adviser has yet to be determined. Working with her right now for the third trip back to the dealership for warranty work. Show less
