I was interested in a 5th wheel that was listed for sale at $49,995. I completed the online trade-in for my unit and was given an appraisal between $34k and $42K. After not hearing from the salesperson for several days (no news is bad news), I contacted him. He told me that the sale price went up by $2k and that my unit estimated value was $32K. I asked why the changes? The unit went up because they realize they had a low profit margin, and my online appraisal was computer generated. I'm out! Show less

RV: Allegro Red Model: 37P VIN 4uzacgfc2lcme3346 year 2020 In 2021 brought vehicle to dealer for faulty jack and inoperative Aquahot heater. They could notfix it, said jack had to be ordered. This was well into the warranty period. It took 18 months, a year and a half to get the part. Finally came and was installed on 5/5/2023. The warranty had run out and they refused to help with cost. Spent $1,200 on Aquahot, broke down seven times on six trips all within first year under warranty. Warranty was refused repeatedly. Spent $761.97 on jack that broke during warranty period. Called Tiffin repeatedly and they ignored the calls. Called dealer: RV Connections, 3926 E 15th St, Panama City FL 32404 Salesman Sean said a manager would call Tiffin and they would get back to me. Seeking $761.27 for repair to jack plus 50% of funds on ($600) Aquahot system. Dealer never called or tried. Show less

8/10/22 Bought a 2023 (new) travel trailer $50,000.00 plus and the dining table was scratched and trip a few places messed up, they were to order these parts. This trailer has Dragonfly Energy batteries and the inept staff cut the lids that cover batteries, we ask dealership to replace the lids and they refused. We sent photos to owner (neal @ rv connections), also to Keystone and to Dragonfly. Dragonfly said the lids should be replaced and even went so far as to call dealership and let them know this will void our battery warranty. Rv Connection's rep stated to Ronny @ Dragon fly they would call us-its been over a month and they have not called. When we bought Rv the deaalership attached our sway bar and did so incorrectly, by the time we got home the bars had slid so far that less than a 1/4 inch was attached (we have photos we can share with you if you are thinking of buying from this dealership. First week we had it, leaked bad-whole front half of bed soaked and wall. Today 9-30-22 we drove over 2 hours each way to pick up trim and table (we refuse to let them touch trailer after all their inability to do anything right) and wouldn't you know they had wrong table-wasn't even close, they had table that goes to chairs and wrong color and our trailer has a U shaped dining bench. Now we have to drive again all that way to pick up table again that's if this inept business can get their crap together and get correct table.
