The condition is brand new excellent, engine still under warranty, never gave me any problems. It was used only 1x and everything was in working order. Drives smooth and easy to handle. Enjoyable to drive. Had only 710 miles on it when bought and have added less than 1000 since owned. Have loved this RV and am selling only because my circumstances have changed.

We were previous owners of a Pleasure Way Class B and were very happy with that RV. So we upgraded to this model because of its larger size, ability to stand straight up and the full bathroom. Below is the review in RV Life Magazine that sold us on the bigger RV https://www.rvlifemag.com/2014-pleasure-way-pursuit/ We loved it but it's time to sell.

I wanted something smaller, yet with a full bath/shower. The bathroom is as elegant in an R.V. that I've seen for one this length. Corian shower and backsplash. Nice high end finishes. (new these were about 130K.) It has milled maple cabinetry (and LOTS of them)....with corian counter tops. The vinyl floor is nice, and it looks like earth toned rustic tile, so it's not a floor that makes you crazy trying to keep it clean. The front T.V. and VCR are great. Usually if you run the A/C, you can't hear the T.V. worth a hoot, but the volume with this one is incredible! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The cream leatherette is butter soft and in wonderfully cared for condition for a 9 year old unit. This tells me that the fabric they used is again, of a high quality for what it is. It's easy to clean, although I keep covers on the front seats to protect them. Let's see, I haven't mentioned the engine yet. It's an E-350 Ford and it does great.....doesn't feel "under powered" like some of these can be. Overall this one gets a 5 star rating, because of how elegant the feel is inside. We aim the back windows toward the views, and the seating or bed make it amazing. It's like a million dollar room with a view on wheels! The roof windows allow so much light inside, but I keep custom cloth covers over them to mute the light a bit. It's nice to be able to have the best of both worlds. Loving this elegant R.V.!

Actually ds27 pursuit...First of all.....the Floorplan was so nice....this was what drew us in. Small yet it felt big for a family of 5. We liked it. However, the first problem happened on our first trip. The electric stairs which should close with door would not retract, then we noticed that some of the bolts to hold in rv were crooked and falling off. Some of electrical outlets were crooked. Not even six months into owning brand new rv roof started to leak from rain. Be careful if you go with this brand.... Not made like they use to be...

Overall good RV but it uses a lot of fuel, 10 mpg is not acceptable. It's a huge, boxy RV that feels like a livingroom out of the 1970s. The Dated furniture is losing its plastic coating and falls off onto the floor leaving white bits everywhere. The particle board deteriorates early around the bathroom area and must be replaced. Knobs break off easily and the holders which secure the drawer fail. Overall, it's acceptable but there are some serious issues with material quality and a lot of storage space is lost due to poor design. Most people will be happy with it but we'll be finding a smaller, more efficient RV with better quality of materials. The V10 chassis seems rock solid though.
