I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again.

Ever time I use the RV I find screws scattered around. They don't use high quality anything and don't use adhesive. You have to re screw and glue almost everything . There is no counter space or storage. Overall I would highly recommend that you do not purchase forest river products. They don't even do customer satisfaction surveys and the dealers don't want to fix anything under warranty. Very poorly run company I will never purchase anything from again. Our family has thoroughly enjoy camping in the Forest River HW pop up trailer because it is easy to tow, easy to set up and has all the conveniences like the larger and more expensive trailers. The full kitchen with the oven is great along with the outside Bar-B-Q that runs from the 2 LP bottles on the trailer. The hot water shower and toilet is the best feature on those nights when we don't feel like using the campsite bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the electric heater in the mattress is a nice touch on those cold nights. On our first camping trip using our Rockwood HW we went to Arrowhead Lake in the fall and ended up in a rain and wind storm with 50 mph gust of wind and it weathered the storm amazingly! No leaks, no breaks and no problems! We never worried after that about any concerns with the weather coming through it is so well made and tight that the built in furnace keep the trailer warm and the tent kept it dry! We've loved it because it tows easy. Set's up fast. And provided conveniences to give our family many great camping adventures.

Between the corner cabinet and the kitchen panty you have plenty of space for all of your kitchen needs. The most convenient thing I've found is the outdoor kitchen with a pass-thru to the living area. Since owning the camper we've been up and down the east coast and never had any problems with the camper towing. Everything on the unit is in great shape and works well. The next owner of this camper will have no problem with any system on board.

The quality of the trailer is a huge disappointment, made with cheap thin plywood. They paint it gray to try to disguise the cheapness. Bought this trailer 3 months ago and has been in for repair twice. Just picked it up again and the refrigerator looks worse than before. You just look at it and can see that it will not seal properly. This is the second time the dealer has "fixed" this issue. We've had outside lighting that didn't work. Shelves that fell down as soon as you put something on it. The slide-outs do not open all the way. They block cabinet doors so you cannot fully open them. Shower floor pops when you step on it. Very very disappointed! We tried camping with it 3 times. Lost hundreds of dollars in food because the refrigerator does not seal after it was supposed to be fixed. Ready to bring it back and get my money back. Definitely not a brand to recommend!

We bought this RV in April of 2021 because we needed a temporary home while our house was repaired from the freeze. We knew it would take over a year to complete our house and tried to explain that to John at Holiday World in Katy but he wasn’t really interested in our needs and really just wanted us to hurry up and make a decision so he could get his money and move on. We also made the mistake of telling him we have never had an RV so we needed help knowing what to look for. So I guess he saw that as a chance to stick us in something with a crappy warranty and lots of issues that experienced RVers would know to look for. Like shower that BARELY WORKS and a sound system that worse than a 1970s portable tv. When you turn up the volume when using the DVD player you get a thumping sound that is louder than the movie. The water pressure is almost non-existent. The shower is THE WORST! It has a faucet at waist level that is like a bathtub faucet and you pull up on the knob to make the water go to the shower , however, only a trickle goes to the shower and most of the water still goes out the faucet so you can’t even take a shower and the hot and cold water go back and forth instead of running together. So your shower (what there is of it , is hit then cold and back again. Then there is the oven! When it DID work , the first 3 months, it took a FULL 5 minutes of holding in one knob while turning the ignition knob and bending over to see if it lights. Most of the time it didn’t and now doesn’t light AT ALL ! And it won’t light with a match either. The bathroom sink is WAAAY to small even to brunch your teeth and the faucet is so close to back of the sink , washing your hands soaks the the counter. I am so very disappointed in the entire experience. I will NEVER buy another RV at Holiday World Katy and will never buy another Keystone RV.

The 2017 Keystone Bullet Ultra-Lite Premier is a perfect fit for a couple with an occasional guest or small children. I have loved the ease of travel with this 22Ft Travel Trailer with just the right amount of room for my partner and I. I have taken it to California and back without issue or problem in my Dodge Ram Hemi 2016. I have had no failures of any kind with AC/Heat, Plumbing, electrical or structure. I enjoy the electric awning and very cold air conditioning during summer months. I have a dog and leave her in camper and never has the AC failed me. The TV is just the right size and can pivot out, or on each side allowing viewing from anywhere in the camper. I love the size which makes towing, parking and set up so easy that I can do it by myself! The outdoor kitchen checks all the boxes for me including, sink, cupboard for storage, refrigerator, 2 burner stove that is easily slid into kitchen for storage.
