I wish there were an option to give more than 5 Stars! My husband and I were looking to buy our first motorhome and searched everywhere for our new home on wheels. When we saw the Tiffin Allegro Red on the Porter's website we were immediately impressed with the presentation. They had so many pictures, including different angles and tons of close up shots. This amount of detail makes a huge difference when shopping online and making a decision to get in a car and drive 8 hours to see something in person. Not only were the pics amazing but they also had a walk through video which was the nicest RV walk through video we'd seen. We quickly made an appointment to see it and drove to SC the next day. When we arrived, we met Trey, he was super friendly and had the motorhome on and everything running so we could check it out. I can't tell you how many other RV dealers we visited, where we had an appointment to see a specific unit and when we arrived it would be on some back lot, no electricity to it, dirty inside and out and, looked like the old owners dropped the keys and the rv dealer hadn't opened the door since. Not at Porter's! The motorhome we came to see was sparkling inside and out and so were the others on their lot. They take a lot of pride in showcasing each coach and it's individual features. The guys in the service department were awesome too! The day we came to finalize the deal, they spent over an hour with us answering every question we had and explaining all of the systems in detail. The whole experience with the team from Porter's was excellent. And, their 5 star service didn't end the day we drove it off the lot. They are honest, reliable and overall a great team.
