I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. We were in the process of buying an RV and had a signed purchase order sent to our bank. After getting approval from the bank and running a credit check, we called the next day—only to find out they had sold the RV to someone else without informing us. We had a verbal agreement that we’d have the first chance to put down a deposit, and they completely ignored that. Not once did they call to let us know they had sold it. When we reached out to discuss the situation, Trey, the salesman, was incredibly rude from the start. He went from being friendly to dismissive and unprofessional in a heartbeat. He acted like he didn’t care at all about the issues we were raising, kept saying he was just there to sell RVs, and refused to acknowledge any of our concerns. Despite us having loan approval and a signed purchase order, he continually brushed us off. He even had the audacity to tell me that I had “nothing to do with this” and that he was only speaking to my husband, as if I weren’t part of the process. The entire conversation was unproductive, as Trey had zero patience and no interest in having a professional discussion. I was yelled at, belittled, and degraded. Honestly, I’m so glad we didn’t do business with this dishonest company. If you value respect and professionalism, stay far away from here. Show less

Drove a hour to view rv listed on this app. It was sold, but not removed. A week later and it still shows on the app as available. Salesman didn't offer any explanation or offer to show other units. Just a " oh it's sold", bye Show less
