Attempted to purchase an RV I saw in RV Trader that was a Pops RV Ad. I made an inquiry, nothing, made another inquiry, nothing. Then, I get two responses, I answer both, tell them the RV and that I've already clicked their pre-qualify and was given a term and rough payment amount. Having flawless credit, I knew I would have any issue. Meanwhile, the rep asked me to agree on a number and I don't hesitate at full price. Additionally, they mention to have inspected, which I arranged. I live many hours from the location of RV. while I'm doing all that, the Pops guy stated he referred me to Pops lenders, never hear from anyone. I then again requested to get financing approved so I could buy. They never followed through. Never received any action by them. became frustrated and missed the RV I wanted. Starting with POP RV ads on their website and other RV sales sites, POP RV was very deceptive.. The RV salesman in Michigan was Brad from Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), at Teamvincent After the closing on our motorhome I emailed Brad to ask him for the keyless entry code, since I'm in New Mexico and the motorhome is in Holly, Michigan.. Here is Brads response after closing, ""I'm sorry to say that when the seller accepted his advertisement he did not uncheck that the unit does not have keyless entry. I apologize for this hiccup."" So now I wonder what else might be incorrect in their listing?? The closing agent at POP RVs was Tracy Howard, she also screwed up big time, I told her from the beginning to use my name and member of LLC.. She only used my name, which means I'll have a big hassle sending paperwork back and forth to be changed and notarized.. I wish I never did business with this incompetent company POP RVs... SUCKS!! Brad has never responded since I found his deception.. Update: Tracy Howard the closing agent has corrected the paperwork, which will alleviate any future problems with our LLC. I purchased my Holiday Vacationer in Michigan,, I made a big mistake purchasing from Brad at POP RVs, If I had purchased from any other motorhome dealership, they would have provided temporary tags for transporting the RV to another state.. Pop RV has the worst communication of any dealer on the planet. Peggy, a Pop sales rep living in NY, did not disclose that she was the listing agent for an RV we really wanted to purchase even though we spoke for an hour. She was supposed to communicate with the seller on Saturday and, at HER suggestion, set up a face-time viewing and get back to us yet did not. Finally on Wednesday we sent her a text and she informed us that she had just sold it to someone else. As a matter of fact, she lied and texted she was not the listing agent so she had no control over offers being submitted (we have it in writing.) She chose to present another offer without any communication with us. When I complained, her manager tried to cover and say she was the listing agent and all this was an issue with the buyer agent- we were never told one did this function- did you even know companies have both??? They NEVER communicated this with us. We would have given a full price offer if we were given the chance. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with Pop RV. Show less

Jason was AWESOME during my whole RV buying experience.. no matter what time of the day or night I called, he answered his phone.. if I sent message or email, him or one of his people were quick to respond.. took allot of stress off of me.. Steve was also AWESOME TO WORK WITH.. He set up appointment to meet with me and owners to go over every little detail.. I have been dealing with melody with pop's rv for over a week. In this time we have had emails back and forth. I found an class B that I made offer on. My offer was a good one at the middle of JD POWERS values. I offered $ 19500.00 contingent on inspection and stated that I would not pay dealer fee of $ 495.00. Melody proceeded to change my offer to show at $19000.00 with the dealer fee looking like it was being paid by the seller. This unethical action was made in good faith to the seller or the buyer. I would not recommend POP'S rv to anyone, and all sellers should pull their rigs from this dealer. Show less

Pop RV's is a brokerage and I used them only in that capacity in searching for a used fifth-wheel RV, so I can only rate their performance as a marketing organization. My agent was Brad Vincent, and I found him to be very responsive and knowledgeable about the industry. He presented us with good candidates and arranged for a Pop RV rep to be present at all the showings we requested. Based on my experience, I would recommend Brad and will definitely use Pop RV next time I'm looking to buy. Show less

Thay will lie to u this rv is not worth what it? thay will not give u all information. The blue book is only 10000 in good condition 5000 bad condition and this one is real bad. Thay all so took 1500 from me shin I pulled out of sale witch was my right under the law. Do not believe them. Show less
