Unhappy Customer From Day One I recently purchased a brand-new Grey Wolf travel trailer, excited to start my RV adventures. While the trailer itself has some great features and a stylish design, my experience has been marred by unexpected defects and disappointing service from the dealer and Forest River Warranty. Shortly after purchase, I noticed many issues that should not be present in a new unit — including [Weak Brakes, Black and grey tank indicators only showing grey light]. I brought these concerns to the dealer, expecting warranty coverage and professional support. Unfortunately, they claimed they could not find any faults and refused to take responsibility for some of the defects. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to fix problems that should have been covered. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the trailer's new condition and the dealership's reputation. I felt dismissed and unsupported during the process. I still believe the Grey Wolf has potential, but buyers should be cautious and inspect thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. And if you're considering Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf, be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself — because their post-sale service left much to be desired. I wish I had known this before I bought this trailer, would have gone with a different brand.

Clearly the nicest interior and best layout of any Class B 170 Ext Sprinter chassis. Exterior is exceptional with minimal hatches. Doesn't look like an RV - more like a luxury limo. Very refined looking. Only 100 watts of solar was standard on our coach but there is room for one additional panel which I will add soon. The AGM battery is massive and it is located under the rear of the coach in front of the trailer hitch. There was no macerator on our coach but 2021 models will offer that option. Black tank is small but certainly adequate. We have a portable macerator pump that works great so no big deal. The bathroom is well designed and functional with an exhaust fan and LED ceiling lights. The audio system is powered by a Fusion RA770 head unit with 4 JL Audio speakers (2 front & 2 rear). A blue ray player is flush mounted next to the Fusion head unit in the rear of the coach. It feeds both the front and rear TVs. The system would benefit from the addition of a subwoofer to enhance base, which is needed in such an expansive interior. Both TVs can operate independently or share content. There are USB ports in the second row of Maybach style seating up front. The galley is just right for this coach with an induction cook top and convection microwave oven. There's a small under counter fridge, and a vertical pantry that helps separate the galley from the rear coach lounge area. The large rear lounge is awesome and the power folding couch is the most comfortable of all Class B units available - and we looked at ALL of them. It converts to a king sized bed! Cabinetry throughout is top quality with heavy duty hardware and latches that actually stay shut. All cabinets are fully lined. No squeaks or rattles going down the road. The Firefly multiplex system is easy to learn and use. There are displays at the dashboard, galley, and rear lounge area. It controls interior lighting, the Onan propane generator, water system, ESPAR diesel furnace (which is exceptional), the 13,500 but roof air conditioner, 2000 watt inverter and provides tank monitors for the fresh water, gray, black, and propane tanks. Driving this coach is a breeze. The Mercedes Benz chassis, powered by the new generation 3.0 diesel engine is responsive and incredibly fuel efficient given its size and weight. New for 2020 is a 7 speed transmission which is a perfect match for the 3.0 diesel. Our coach came equipped with all of the latest Mercedes Benz safety features, such as distronic cruise control, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring and collision avoidance technology. The 10 inch display is fantastic and can be controlled from the steering wheel, which also has transmission paddle shifters! Driver and passenger seating is incredibly luxurious and comfortable. Ride quality is excellent as delivered, but I added Sumosprings to reduce body roll. That simple upgrade perfected the ride quality which is far better than I anticipated for a 3500 170 EXT high top chassis. She is rock solid even in heavy cross winds. Driving visibility forward and on both sides is excellent. Parking is a snap with the multi view rear parking camera. But that 170 EXT chassis is pretty long - so you will take up 1.5 parking spaces front to back. Small price to pay for all that extra interior space and enhanced ride thanks to the extended wheel base. Midwest Automotive Designs is producing the American Coach Patriot MD4 for the REV Group. Its essentially the same vehicle as the Midwest Passage. Their folks are friendly and quite helpful. And this RV fits well with the true upscale design, features, and attributes that people have come to appreciate in the American Coach Class A product line up. I purchased our coach from Sunshine State RVs in Gainsville, FL. They are probably the best Class B dealership in the nation. It's a smaller family owned operation that treats their customers with great care and appreciation. I highly recommend them. In closing, the American Coach Patriot MD4 is a high end Class B coach that truly sets the bar quite high for quality features, fit, function, luxury and style. It's not a Mercedes Benz up front with a cheap RV box behind it. On the contrary, this coach is as luxurious and well constructed as a Benz CLS sedan. If you really want top shelf, this hand built custom coach is the best available.

I've driven quite a few RVs and considerable time behind the wheel of an entertainer coach. Not until I drove a beaver did I find anything that came close to an entertainer coach. Everything i drove was way under powered,300 hp or less. Then I found the Patriot thunder by beaver motor coach. Lots of power and quality built into these rigs. Cabinets are second to none, aqua hot is amazing, so nice to take long showers without running out of water. Big holding tanks allow you to go days without dumping. Solid ride going down he road and easy to drive. These rigs are built to be driven and used, you'll never Ware it out.

This Rv is like no other. They don't build them like this any more. The craftsmanship is superior. It's solid wood cabinets with the burl inlay. The shower is a very comfortable size. All the amineties and having the Aqua hot system really makes it worth it. It drives like a charm. This bus wants to be on the road and it moves better than any diesel. It's a 525hp caterpillar diesel pusher and it performs like one. It goes up the inclines just like this coach was made to do. I have passed other coaches and big rig trucks trying to struggle on inclines. You can touch a button and down shift and down shift again to really push on an incline. The driver and passenger seats are VERY comfortable. This coach has a kitchen island which is very nice to have. All four drawers are conveniently located in the island. Makes great for preparing food. The led lighting and indirect lighting sets a beautiful scene. Whenever we would have guests step foot on our coach they would always say how beautiful and classy and different it is. It's not predictable like other coaches. It has a real china toilet that you hand flush and not a foot pedal. The microwave/convection oven gives you versatility for cooking. The two bathroom sinks are super. I get one and my husband gets one. The new bed is heaven. I love the lighted mirrored bedroom slide closet. The storage on this coach is more than I need. (well that's a lot coming from a woman). The storage underneath is huge. We took a trip back to the midwest and we had everything we needed to live. All the extra cords, and hoses for hookup was perfect if we needed them. We feel this is a unique coach and is a traveling one. Truly a full live aboard rolling home. It has been maintained mechanically, clean and low mileage waiting to be on the road.

This Class A has been amazing for us. Floorplan is like no other in a Class A. We looked for 3 yrs before we found this Beaver, the only reason we're selling is because we are now Camp Host and we are sitting for long periods of time and this beauty needs to roll. We have kept it maintained even when we sit, it gets run every 7-10 days to keep everything operational and we even take in to a service shop and let them go through it from top to bottom & one end to the other. We have lived & traveled in it for 2 1/2 yrs now and it has been very comfortable. There's tons of storage as well. No cracks or chips in the windshield, we also have it washed & waxed at least 2-3 times a year at a minimum, sometimes more. It has a fiberglass roof and a Dish Net satellite on top. Everything on the unit is in great working condition and we will have it serviced before it leaves us.
