Not too big and not too small. 34ft, 10ins in length. 3 slides. 1 huge slide on the drivers side and 2 slides on the passenger side. Also, you can slide out the slides without being level which is great if on unlevel ground. The lighting system is great throughout the coach. The 360 hp cummins diesel engine with Allison 3000, 6 speed automatic transmission pulls my 4 door Ford F-150 up and down hills great. You don't even know it's behind you. The a/c and heating is great with the heating being propane furnace or heat pump. All Tires was replaced approx. 2 years ago and all batteries replaced about a year ago. We have traveled much and are taking a break for now.

This RV has the best floorplan, however, SO many issues. The cupboards fall off/open during transit, shelves fall in pantry, furniture is falling apart (desk chair broke day 2 of use, recliners do not shut properly, falling apart), the sliding doors in bedroom/bathroom fall off track constantly, leaks in laundry room & kitchen, sinks starting to rust, microwave isn't working properly, bathroom drawers constantly open during transit & do not open/shut properly & are falling apart. Everything about the RV is CHEAPLY made. Afterc6 months, this RV shouldn't have so many issues. We were hit in rear & totaled RV. We are going with a Brinkley or Alliance. Will pay more for better quality. Stay away from Forest River Brands.

The Ford F650 chassis this super c is built on makes this rig very easy to drive. It is a very rough ride for anyone behind the driver seat however. We will be upgrading the suspension ASAP. On paper nexus seems like the right company to build these rigs, but in reality their execution matches every other garbage builder in competition to see how much the customer will pay for less and less craftsmanship. Starting with lack of sealant EVERYWHERE. No exaggeration i have spent 3 weeks crawling every inch sealing where they missed. We had water intrusion in every storage cabinet and all along the bulk head where the cab meets the living space. There is no protective coating to keep rust away from their exposed "steel cage construction " under the rig. Chafed wires in and around everything that needed to be repaired. The roof top ac units do not line up with the roof ducts and result in poor air flow. When welding the leveler to the frame they melted a factory ford wire bundle. There are screw holes in the floor where it seems like the tried to mount the cabinets then decided to move them. It wasn't until after my high preassure rushed purchase from the general rv that I realized my truck didnt come with any of the standard features marketed on their website (power mirrors, air ride seats etc). It feels like we bought the prototype proof of concept model built on a left over chassis. The premium full body paint they are so proud of is super thin with orange peel and over spray throughout the rig. I have purchased and replaced multiple plugs caps and body panel gromets that were taken out for painting and not reinstalled. There is a huge gap in quality of details for a super c class rig. Overall we are happy with the design and layout but if I could go back I would have selected a different manufacture. Yes this is a brand new rv and under warranty but if they didnt do it right the first time, how long will it take if at all to get it right the second time.

I am writing this review regarding my Keystone Springdale Mini 2024 BH 1800, as I believe these concerns should be brought to the manufacturer’s attention. While I was initially excited about this camper, my experience has been disappointing. Shortly after purchase, we encountered an issue with water leaking inside the unit. We were later informed after seeking a second opinion that the problem was caused by a misrouted valve/tube that should have been directing water outside of the camper but was instead draining inside. This appears to be either an installation or quality control issue, not normal wear and tear. In addition, the table inside the camper has been loose since the time of purchase. When we brought this to the attention of Campers Inn RV, they refused to repair it because we are now outside of the warranty period. However, this defect existed at the time of sale, and due to timing and inexperience as new campers, we were not able to address it sooner. Given these circumstances, I believe both issues the improperly installed valve and the loose table should be corrected at no cost. These are not issues caused by usage, but rather by initial setup and build quality. I would appreciate Keystone reviewing this situation and standing behind the quality of its product by ensuring these defects are properly addressed.

Since it is a smaller and lighter towable, I've pulled it with various mid-size SUV's including Jeep grand Cherokee's and Toyota 4-Runners. Plenty of cargo space, but it is all up front so I a monitor hitch weight closely. The floor plan for this size trailer is amazing, with a queen size bed, mid-size fridge/freezer, 3-burner cooktop w/hood, 2 basin sink, bathroom with toilet sink and full shower, dinette and plenty of cabinet space. I am proactive with preventative maintenance, and all mechanical and electrical systems have been flawless since day one.

Great floor plan, optimum size and layout for hauling and hosting a young family. Generous fresh, grey and black water storage. Great patio conversion, kitchen and decent seating area. Probably the worst assembly quality out there. Customer service turnover rediculous bordering on morons. Leaks because of incorrect sizing of fittings, thrown together hoses. Fuel station problems, NO STORAGE. Additionally bad wiring in control panel. The componentry is excellent but assembly the worst! It's a shame since it could be the best RV out there. Another Berkshire Hathaway company gone wrong!

I have had this trailer for 7 years now, bought it new in 2019. I have lived in it full time for about 3 years now. This is by far the best floor plan of any trailer or fifth wheel I have ever seen. Not only is it spacious, it is very livable. The construction quality is so-so, not great, but not terrible. A few things have fallen off the walls because they used simple wood screws into the 1/4" hardboard walls to hold, and they simply fell out. I replaced many of them with toggle bolts so they are much more secure. I have made several additions/alterations to it to make it more livable, I added a third shelf in the bathroom vanity (removed the blank panel on top, and fabricated new doors, so the bathroom vanity is much larger now. I also added a shelf under the sink for more storage. I added a second showerhead mount higher up in the shower, so taller people can use it easier (I am 6' 7"). I added a shelf in the upper kitchen cabinets. The space in the cabinets is very tall, and wasted space. The shelf doubles the amount of storage space. I added an additional electrical plug in the bedroom at the end of the cabinet under the window, it gave me a place to plug in a fan and other items. I also added a plug under the floor that is accessible outside to plug in external LED multicolor rope lights I added to light under the trailer ( adds decorative feature, and helps keep rodents away). I added a bumper mounted trailer hitch to the rear to hold my bike rack. I removed the theater seating sofa and moved teh hide-a-bed sofa to the slide out window, and I built a custom desk where the sofa was (custom fly tying desk for me to use). I reupholstered the dining chairs with thicker memory foam cushions, and leatherette fabric to match the sofa. Much more comfy to sit ono for extended periods. Added weight distributing hitch, and replaced the 20 lb propane tanks with 30 lb tanks. I also added a second battery to increase overall battery life.

We purchased this RV from Rightside Up RV in Salt Lake, and we love it. They replaced the AC compressor under a good faith warranty. The Norcold refrigerator was a power hog both on 120v and propane. We replaced it with a Whirlpool 11 cu/ft 120v unit. We picked it because it is exactly 24" wide and short enough to fit in the space. It uses a third of the energy. We have a washer/dryer unit, a microwave, and a stove with an oven. The dealer was fair and we got a good deal on an RV with 19,000 miles. The plastic on all of our seating hasn't cracked. We love our Bounder.
